We probably only saw the third and true forms of Frost because of the page limit, but maybe we'll see all his forms in the anime.

Not even the least surprised about Frost's designs. Not at all. I expected it to be exactly what I saw. Though Botamo's defeat is hilarious. I wonder how anyone can beat him then without doing that?

I think we won't see Third Form Frost in the anime, looks to me like a simple homage that doesn't need to be there for the plot. Loving Frost! He's really nice and has great reactions, hopping we see more of him after this. His fight with Goku had some nice choreography. This is looking good!

I think we may see it because I'm not sure Toyotarou would be allowed to come up with a design for Frost's third form, even if it's similar to Freeza's. His final form looks like a fusion between Freeza and Coola.

I don't it's that impactfull, a simple approval from a higher power would suffice I think. We'll see soon. At least Piccolo's joke and the what-if scenario of Goku seeing another Freeza form is worth it.

Piercing and cutting attacks should do the trick. He's has the perfect ability for a tournament were killing isn't allowed.

I could see him potentially reflecting those. But yeah that's the best possibility I can think of too.

Throw him into the Sun/Space, bury him, drown him. There's more than one way to take somebody out than beating them to a pulp.

Are people forgetting the fact that Freeaza's race can almost survive anything? Piccolo could pierce frost in the head and he would still survive and just be defeated.

Frost as nice!Freeza is interesting, but I'm still really tired out from Freeza so another ssj vs feels too much like the previous arc. I'm glad Piccolo gets to fight him.
That does look like regular ssj form. My guess is Gokû's still conserving power.

Well did not expect Goku to turn gold saiyan again.... I am just... fcking happy! normal SSJ aint gone yet so... how the hell is Frost gonna win against Goku if he doesnt even turn SSB yet Frost was forced to go to his final form.... maybe a golden freeza type of final form?

I can't wait until I get my hands on a (japanese) dialog version, but it's pretty safe to say Goku knew Frost could transform and asked him to.

To be clear, I wouldn't call that a "poster": that's the actual cover of the April 2016 issue of V-Jump, which contains the manga chapter being discussed. That's also why you see other stuff being promoted on top of all the Dragon Ball stuff.

Not at all. They've already sold the merchandise and it's not like it was extremely popular anyway.

Regardless of how it LOOKS, the fact that Champa and Vados basically say "this isn't a normal Super Saiyan look" could hint that it is Super Saiyan Blue.
Unless it's been mistranslated, it's hard to come up with an explanation for such a line otherwise, which is basically here to say "you don't see the colors, but we're telling you it's not the regular Super Saiyan, and from now on, you'll consider it blue everytime you see that even if there's no more grey on the black and white pages".

But IF it turns out to be the regular Super Saiyan after all (meaning Champa and Vados' reactions are not justified as they are right now), it will be the first time we get to see Goku as a Super Saiyan in his new costume.
