Well, we made it to 223 pages. That's an AWESOME record for a DBE-related thread. Shoot, for any thread at all. I was hoping we'd hit 250, or at least 225, but...

Anyway, Saiyavenger, I'd humbly suggest that you not dismiss Watchmen so easily. You're obviously unfamiliar with it, so if I were you, I'd check your local library for a copy of the graphic novel and give it a read, so then at least you could be somewhat qualified to make such judgments on it. At least when I bash Twilight, I can truthfully claim to have braved through about 3 pages of it (and that's ALL you need...). try not to make the mistake that the movie's critics and audiences, in expecting a typical beat-em-up, goodguy-vs-badguy superhero story. Watchmen is more of a mystery drama starring characters who happen to be superheroes and ex-superheroes.

And quit being so pissy about everything, for Dende's sake. You're bringin' us and just about every thread you post in down, man.

For you, Kaboom, to make sure you see this thread reaches at least the 225th page, I will bring this thread back on track.

Here are my top five moments in Dragon Ball Evolution.

1. Goku's first appearance. It was so cool having my manga hero on the big screen, I cheered louder than anyone else in the room.

2. When Goku mastered the Kamehameha. I was so proud of him.

3. Every one of Goku and Chichi's romantic moments. They were excellently done.

4. Bulma and Yamcha's reconciliation of the end. I think it's very faithful to Dragon Ball's theme of forgiveness and redemption, a concept present from the first chapter of Dragon Ball (Where young Son Goku forgives Bulma for shooting him in the God damn head) to the very last (Where everyone's cool with Uub despite being Buu's reincarnation).

5. When Goku defeats Piccolo. It was a tense battle that had me on the edge of my seat; I had no idea how it was going to turn out.

Those are my top five moments, but they are by no means the only scenes I enjoyed. I love Dragon Ball Evolution. It is a wonderful film.
