That doesn't really require him to be a different character, but he most likely will be. Probably Bardock: Xeno, the same way Trunks was branded Trunks: Xeno.

As long as he's not a separate character in everything else, I'm fine. We all know that Heroes makes odd choices in who to separate into different characters. Kaioshin Gohan for example.

You were the one who separated Gohan on your list. He's just part of regular Buu Arc Gohan in Heroes, which is what they should be doing more of. We don't really need 2 Bardocks or 6 Trunks characters when there isn't any dialogue, actual movesets and everyone is essentially just a costume swap anyway.

Though is the Xenoverse datamine is to be believed , like Freeza's forms and SS4 Goku, Time Patrol Trunks seems to be a different character than regular Future Trunks. I don't like it, but I can at least kinda understand it. No word on if Masked Bardock is in that game though, so no telling how he'd be handled.

That's what I meant, they chose to cram that Gohan into the normal Ultimate Gohan, I'd rather they made him separate like the Super DBZ version. But hey, that's just me.
I mean they chose to separate characters that shouldn't be separated and cram together some that perhaps should be.

I just cant get over how cool it is that Evil Bardocks gonne be in the game, with his mask too. I really hope he's playable in Xenoverse.

He doesn't have to be a different character all they need to do is have the mask as an option for normal Bardock.

I meant as an alternate outfit too, as long as he's playable was the point.

Yes, he is. We're up to five different Trunkses, tied with Gohan for most instances of the same character. Although Gohan has 15 different "forms" (counting base) and Trunks has 14.

EDIT: Maybe more so. Zooming in, it looks like I see red at the big ape's waist. I-I...I think he might keep all his clothes when he transforms....

Also, the image with SS4 Broli charging his attack, I can't tell who the character is on the bottom of the hero players. Mostly looks like typical Gohan face, but I don't recognize the little bit of clothing that can be seen around the neck... Hm.

Hmm. Well, the icons don't change with the costume. Base Gohan's icon is him in his blue dogi while training Videl to fly and Ultimate Gohan is in Goku's dogi (of course)...

Looks that way. This was specifically a Dragon Ball fan that was posting all this stuff up. So if there was something there, I'm pretty certain he'd have included it. Though movie stuff probably would have came out just as general information from whoever got the book first, since more people would care about that than the games anyway.
