Cool! Freeza, you should learn with Frost, who wears pants instead of just underwear, and even keeps his pants after transforming.
Btw, did Imgur start working again? Maybe it's showing to me because I'm logged on it.

Looks so, I'm not logged in and I can see it. They probably got a ton of backlash and changed it back.
Xeztin wrote:really shocked that the manga was 31 pages, hopefully this keeps up! The chapter had great artwork from beginning to end except the confusion over the SSJ/B thing.
There shouldn't be confusion, though. When we first saw SSJB in the manga their hair was shaded, normal SSJ is not shaded. Plus we already saw the anime's episode title reveal that Goku was going SSJ:
"Episode 33- Astonished 6th Universe! This is Super Saiyan Son Goku! "
Exactly! I suspected from the beginning! People even responded that "Nah this is totally SSGSS because y'know this form wasn't named yet in the anime" but now I have a question: What if Goku is not just a regular SSJ but a SSJ that has ascended past a SSJ... A Super Saiyan 2?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.
Cool chapter. And it looks like the anime is about to surpass the manga.
But what's wrong with Goku going regular Super Saiyan? Maybe after his training inside the RoSaT, he has full control of the Super Saiyan God power, so he can turn it on & off in his regular form? So, it would work like this:
Regular form ⇒ Super Saiyan ⇒ Super Saiyan 2 ⇒ Super Saiyan 3
⇓
Regular form with SSG power ⇒ Super Saiyan Blue
⇓
Super Saiyan God
If it works like that, it would explain why Piccolo would stand a chance against Frost. Perhaps Goku will lose before he gets the chance to use his full power, which would be ironic, since he warned Frost about this.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Hit's totally going to be a villain.
I'd rather him be more of a neutral force. I want him to have the personality of Perfect Cell but be far more ambiguous.

He never lost his normal Ki. He can choose what fuel he wants to use to power up.
In Super they made that obvious in this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iU5SfrLHsZw
Goku started with yellow aura (normal ki), and then added his God Ki to become SSB.
Also in his fight against Beerus in both versions. He already had absorbed God Ki and still turnt ssj.

I don't see it that way plus piccolo is still weak compare to goku base let alone his super forms also beerus flats told goku not to fuck around in before the tournament.

That's not how Toyotaro drew SS2 Goku/Bardock/Beat in Victory Mission. It's almost certainly just his hair being disheveled during the initial transformation, as it doesn't retain that look or anything resembling SS2 in the panels afterwards.

I feel like piccolo is going to win. Akira Toriyama just isnt the type of dude to just make him job like that.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.
I'm hoping for a kind of different villain, one who thinks he's doing what's better for the future and thinks there is absolutely nothing wrong with what he is doing. It doesn't have anything to do with him being the "ruler" as he'd gladly sacrifice himself for what he believes in. For example, let's say he wanted to erase all Saiyan's from U6 because he thinks they mean trouble for future generations to come. So he tried to get rid of them all for what in his mind was what's best for mankind in the future and not releasing the error of his ways until his death or something. It'd be different than power hungry monsters and scientists seeking revenge to me.
It doesn't exactly stop the debate from the last couple of pages, but Heroes material just leaked (I'm compiling for the thread). Shows Champa Arc Goku AND Vegeta as a regular Super Saiyan, so I don't think it's a mistake here.
