Okay, minor gripe, now that the schedule's out... whose bright idea was it to put the TFS 18+ panel only one hour after the end of their regular panel - and at Cobo when the regular panel's at the RenCen? So not only do people like me (who want to go to both panels) have to truck it over, the actual guests have to do so as well?

I know, but you'd think they'd come up with something a little better...

Still, though, definitely looking forward to seeing you guys there again.

*edit* I think Imma just gonna skip the 18+ panel this year. Last year's was a unique experience, being late at night, following up on the LittleKuriboh roast, and having certain people in the room being blitzed out of their minds. I don't see that kind of atmosphere happening at 7 PM, and there's some other stuff I want to check out that happens to fall within that timeframe.

Still, I'll definitely be there for the regular panel!

All I can say is, Episode of Bardock was freaking brilliant! You're gonna love it, that's for sure.

Another great Youmacon, despite any concerns about the schedule. I may have missed the 18+ panel, but I still had a damn good time.

Episode of Bardock and Kai Abridged 2 in 1 month? Sweet!

Thought some of you guys might like to see this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psDRiW0S ... ure=colike

Lani posted the link to it on Twitter. Some of the voices I don't recognize, but it's pretty funny.

Wow, Episode of Bardock is the best thing you guys have ever done. Gan was genius as Chilled. I thought Kaiser was doing the Kermit impression, but I guess it was Lani?

I noticed a much more free atmosphere with this special. I actually love these "off the beaten track" kind of things as it allows you guys to try out different humor and writing styles. Loved this one a lot. Short, sweet and sarcastic as hell. The ending was great too, but I can't seem to remember where the Gohan and Gokuu footage originated from.

Also, I see where Gohan's use of "Crap baskets" came from!

And "Spikers"

I just got through watching ''Episode of Bardock'' and loved it! :D
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

I thought it was meh. I had some good laughs, but it came off as a weak episode to me.

The special was fantastic! X3
+Chilled's voice
+Bardock realizing he's got two kids
+Kermit the Village
+"Spikers" sounded like such a Goku thought-pattern thing; it was hilarious to see Bardock do it
+Filled up on bread
+"None of that."
+the idea of those village creatures being what saiyajins evolved from
+the mind-bender of the story being told from within a dream
On hiatus.

I agree with everything but Chilled's voice. Disregarding the fact that it wasn't what I was expecting, most of the time it literally made my ears hurt to the point of wanting to hit mute while he was on screen...except for the fact that I'd be missing half the special. >_> As much as I loved everything else, I'll probably never watch it again because of that. :/

That was good Bardock's pun & the reference to the ocean dub.

I'm right with ya, except I can tolerate the voice to watch for several more viewings. Other then the Chilled voice that I dislike (partly for not getting the joke about it) EOB was the best TFS video I have seen that kept me laughing instead of a few laughs. It's now one of my favorites. It's funny how I feel they portrayed Bardock better then the Japanese did. His character sold out from marketing in the original special and just seemed of compared to Father of Goku Bardock. They even had the best way to explain how the special happened. Makes more sense then calling it canon or trying to rationalize it. All and all I liked everything but the Chilled voice.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Loved the "brilliant scientist" joke. Nice touch.
