They were working things out with Funimation, and Funimation let them keep up the newer vids. I believe all they wanted for TFS to do was post, beyond a reasonable/shadow-of-a doubt that it was a parody and not an episode. Still, enjoying the series, and can't wait for the next episode.
Oh, if you do see this Kaizer, two questions: 1. A while back Vegeta3986 had mentioned the Tree of Might abridged was almost finished, yet now I've heard little mention of it. Who's gonna host it? (ITY said she wasn't involved any more)
And two, will LittleKuriboh do the Narrator role as a semi-recurring role, or was that a one time thing?
Thanks for your time, and have a nice day.

It's currently being worked on, but there have just been some minor hang-ups lately.Mewzard wrote:Oh, if you do see this Kaiser, two questions: 1. As for who's hosting it, it will probably be Vegeta3986.

I completely respect your opinion, and I respect you. I enjoyed discussing this with you, even if I don't completely agree.

Zephyr wrote:And that's to say nothing of how pretty much impossible it is to capture what made the original run of the series so great. I'm in the generation of fans that started with Toonami, so I totally empathize with the feeling of having "missed the party", experiencing disappointment, and wanting to experience it myself. But I can't, that's how life is. Time is a bitch. The party is over. Kageyama, Kikuchi, and Maeda are off the sauce now; Yanami almost OD'd; Yamamoto got arrested; Toriyama's not going to light trash cans on fire and hang from the chandelier anymore. We can't get the band back together, and even if we could, everyone's either old, in poor health, or calmed way the fuck down. Best we're going to get, and are getting, is a party that's almost entirely devoid of the magic that made the original one so awesome that we even want more.

That part made me kinda sad. The Namekian's didn't have a chance man! They was just sitting around minding there own business and next thing they know Freeza and his empire is just slaughtering all of them.Nail: "Oh god this is so horribly dull. I hope something exciting happens around here soon. I don't care WHAT it is."

Ah. kow what it is? I loved this ep!KaiserNeko wrote:Unfortunately, nope. Won't be involved with the movies. Which is ok, because that's their project. I don't want to take the movies from them unless Lani, Masako, and Vegeta3986 want to open it up.JulieYBM wrote:So I suppose you will not be involved with those films then?KaiserNeko wrote: Neighborhood Cluck is still doing the movies.

Well, you could see the basic gist of it. And come on, it was the exact same video you JUST saw about 15 seconds ago.Rocketman wrote:Vegeta: *answers phone* OH GOD DAMN IT NAPPA!
The "memories" bit was really hard to see, though. I figured it from context/sappy music, but I couldn't make heads or tails of the video itself.
I think the reason this episode went so well is that, well...the Nappa/Vegeta dynamic is REALLY great in this series. And, well, I'm not looking forward to him dying.
