Awesome. I'm both eager for and dreading episode 100. Eager because it's a Kale/Caulifla focus episode and has Mentor Goku. Dreading because I just know any explanation he gives for achieving SSB is gonna stir up a shitstorm, and it's coming right on the heels of a new manga chapter so there's going to be that fighting on top of everything else.

It wouldnt be that bad if she learns at least the basics of Blue due to her untapped potential, Kinda when Goku helps Uub unlocking his hidden power in the 28th Budokai later on.

Caulifla = Gokus counterpart

Uub = Gokus sucessor.

Get it? Time to develop Goku as a Sensei character.

Your ability to not care about stuff like this is commendable..
But are you sure SSB outta nowhere in few short minutes is a good way for the story to go?

I don't think giving Caulifla ssjblue that fast is a good idea, but they're practically speed-running her though ssj1 and ssj2 where I wouldn't be surprised if she somehow whips ssj3 out during the tournament. She's just another Goten and Trunks in the respect that if they want her to have a big plot role she's forced to play catch-up even if it feels like it minimizes how hard the others worked to attain that power. At least with blue we never get to see Gokû and Vegeta work for it--they just suddenly have it in the eyes of the audience--so somehow to me that doesn't seem has rough as how she nonchalantly reached ssj2. Ssj2 was such a big thing for Gohan, but ssjblue doesn't have that kind of fanfare for Gokû or Vegeta.

I agree, whatever they do to explain it will probably make some threads impossible to go through for a while; this one and the episode's specific thread.

That wont be bad if she has the stamina weakness, it would be bad if she easily masters SSJB in such short amount of time though.

Uub will later force Goku to take him seriously and he got buffed too due to the DBS events. And guess what, both Caulifla and Uub are related to Goku, one is his counterpart and other his successor.

Uub's personality is so boring to me; I'm not looking forward to him if we ever make it to EoZ in Super.

Caulifla at least has a fun personality to watch. She's typical youthful gang leader mixed with universe 7 saiyan character types.

Based on what exactly? we already know Goku gives other characters fun shots here and there, Krillin for example, he pushed his goddam SSJB KHH for christ sake, its in Goku's nature. I dont really care if they have any relation with Goku or not, while the Oob one being the successor is true, Cauli being Goku's counterpart are just fan's perspective (dont point that out as if its confirmed) because both of them are geniuses, the catch is Goku's a genius in combat, not pumping out forms here and there from others advice. Cauli's genius comes from learning how to unlock forms when given the right advice, Goku unlocks new heights that we never seen before (basically an inventor/creator) Cauli just follows it up, but they do have something in common, they both want to be the best fighter in the universe.

Because it generally is. Some plot points arent executed well but its a generally entertaining and put together program.

I dont want to get involved in another "OMG Goku's a sociopath incident" or the "This just in, puny bald human dude and Yogi bear's caretaker managed to challenge SSJB!" debate... thats it for me, couldnt even search the web for a good chunk of an hour because of replying with people here and the piles of "Quoted" on my notifications, that was scary and entertaining at the same time, but more on the scary af side.

That's probably why I find her so boring. She's little more if at all a generic tomboy. Don't really care about that. None of he U6 Saiyans are all that interesting at the moment. Funny enough i think I have the opposite opinion of you. I'm a lot more hyped for Jiren and am even more invested in him than the U6 Saiyans.

It wont near as close as Shirou defeating Gilgamech in UBW.(Fate fans defend more of Fate stupidity than DBS fans do to DBS, thinking Fate is HxH level ). Both Goku and Caulifla are geniuses in their own way, you indirectly said it.

Jesus christ... you just had to make me remember that didnt you... and yeah Fate fans are fucking scary, especially the VN elitists, people here would get traumatized talking with one of those. Both geniuses yes, as are other characters like Vegeta,Piccolo and Boo but does that mean Vegeta is Goku's prince counterpart? Piccolo as Goku's namekian counterpart? Boo as Goku's pink blob counterpart? Anyways you get my point mate haha, tho it may be ok for you for some reason that I cant understand but for me nothing can justify it.

Manga chapter is irrelevant since it's still in the Black arc, at this point I'm completely over the Black arc so I couldn't care less about that. I'm not enjoying the Manga anymore so it's a waste of my time to read and then discuss it and I don't wanna waste other peoples time who are interested in the Manga by ragging on it.

No matter what happens people will always stir controversy it's been happening the last two years and I'm fed up, last week after the leaks this place was such a shitstorm it was unbelievable it's wasn't Kanzenshuu it was like I logged into Facebook! I am just gonna avoid this sub forum with the exception of the dub and animation thread as soon as any news or episodes airs. It's sad I wanna discuss Super but it's just not fulfilling to do so here.

I wasn't commenting on the quality of the manga, just observing that we have the bad combination of an episode that might be exploring the mechanics behind a transformation coming right on the heels of a new chapter release/leak, two things that tend to get the fandom rather heated.

I fully expect her to get it. The simple fact is that we have zero idea how long it took or how difficult it was for Goku and Vegeta to attain the form. There's one brief glimpse of it when Whis tells them to suck in their leaking ki, and they never transform until the Frieza fight because Whis wants them to train in base. For all we know, it really is that easy and they could do it right after that blue flash. People assume it must be really difficult but that's not really reflected in the episodes surrounding its appearance.

I like that there's so many different perspectives; it's what makes this forum interesting.

You're right, probably is opposite. Stoic characters like Jiren and Hit are boring to me. The Pride Troopers and their justice don't do a thing for me. (And yet I like the Ginyu Force's take on sentai so go figure.)

I'm not that excited about the Uni 6 saiyans to be honest. All I want is to see their home planet and have Gokû and Vegeta explore it together, but I can't seem to get that, or rather Toriyama doesn't seem interested in exploring that planet.

I am aware, I meant that since the Trunks arc is still on going and the anime is well into the next arc they are both irrelevant to each other, but you are right in this fandom people will find a way to compare the Trunks arc of Toyo's Manga to Toei's animated Universal Survival arc.

When was mentioned Piccolo was a genius fighter? I only remember Nail saying he had potential or something like that.

Cabba is Vegetas counterpart(well more of an innocent version of Vegeta), he knows the Garlic Gun, seems to be of high social class(thats why Vegeta went on his knees iirc).

If Caulifla gets Blue, will the reaction be bigger than Episode 5 and Episode 66?
