The All-Purpose "Translation Request" Thread

I'm working on a translation of the song "Moero! Dragon Soldiers", and am a little stick on some of the onomatopoeia or just phrases in the song that I can't find any meaning for.

First, is "baranbaran", バランバラン. The closest thing that comes to mind is "barabara", as in to fall apart, to crumple, etc. But I was wondering if there was any more to it, if baranbaran was its own thing or something. For context, the line is "Yowane wo hakeba, saigo sa - Baranbaran", or basically "Should you just say die and give up, it's the end - [Baranbaran]".

The other one puzzling me is "bashibashi", バシッバシ. I've read it's something along the lines of hitting something hard, but again, I'm not too sure. Again, the line, for context, is "Ano yo e itta Gokuu ga bashibashi", which then leads into "Kaiou-sama to tokkun shiteiru", or in other words "Having gone to 'That Next World On', Gokuu is now doing crash course training with the Mighty King of the Realm", with an added bit to it, in the form of "bashibashi".

Finally, one little thing I'm trying to figure out is if there's more to "kakezan" 掛け算 / 掛算, than just the idea of "multiplication". Because the line is "Hitorihitori no chiisa na chikara wo yuujou no kakezan de Power Up", or "One by one/One at a time, this small power of yours will, by the multiplication of friendship, power up". But I do have to ponder... "The multiplication of friendship"?

Perhaps it's a play on the words barabara, as you've mentioned yourself, and ranran (爛々Blazing/Glaring).

"Mashinki" is actually read "Majinjou", for the record.

I thought that was more like it. I just went with it, because I couldn't get the proper kanji for it, and just assumed it was the same as the title of the movie. It just so happens that "Mashinki" is plastered all over the place, due to one person's romanisation of it.

No word yet, on the whole "Baranbaran" and "bashibashi" thing, but there's a slightly easier one. I can't quite catch what Trunks says, when Cell goes into a frenzy, in his bulked form. I get:

"Power wo ki ni sugite, speed ga tsuite'tenai. Ore ... Cell no jishin(?) ga. Aitsu gyakujou shite'ru."

What does Trunks say, that I can't hear? Presumably, it's something about his mistake, and how Cell himself caught it, or something like, but I can't hear the exact Japanese. Could someone tell me what it is? Particularly helpful, if it's in the manga or so, and they can give me the Kanji.

This is a somewhat unorthodox request, but can someone look through this image and see if it says anywhere in there that Veku has a power level of 704? Or any specific number at all? If it's in there, then it might be written in actual characters instead of numerals, because I can't find it.

I can't exactly read the whole thing, but I don't see anything like that in there. It would almost certainly be written out in English numerals like Gogeta's battle power, anyway. But I could be missing something, I guess.

Just out of curiosity, why would you think it says he has a battle power of 704? Where does that come from?
