Read the same way but the meaning is slightly different.

Mangapolo has it right.Javaki wrote:I was wondering: Did they change the title of chapter 66 or is this just a different spelling for the same word? It's "マッスルタワーの最後!!" in the Manga Guide, but on Mangapolo it's called "マッスルタワーの最期!!".
The fault has now been corrected, and Heath has been duly sacked.
Keep calm and carry on.

By the way, can anyone with the new Freeza volumes post an image of a) Kaioken and b) the page where Goku does a Kamehameha against Freeza's "Nova Strike" (http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/8144/127u.png ; this one was colored from the beggining, I wanna compare them)?

Re: DBZ portion of Manga to be in full color?!
I just noticed from Redon's scans that Freeza blood is blue, similar to Zarbon's (blue blood, royalty, get it?
). Has Freeza's blood ever been depicted as blue before or is this some kind of new censorship? Either way, I think it fits better.
Can't wait to see Chapter 408 in color. Colored-in Cell Jr guts FTW!

It was blue in the original manga I think (right, Cold Skin?) as were his tongue, lips and gums.andrewtuell1991 wrote:I just noticed from Redon's scans that Freeza blood is blue, similar to Zarbon's (blue blood, royalty, get it?). Is that from the Full Color version or the Color version? The colors seem less vibrant.Ryuman wrote:It's not perfect, but is this okay? http://i.imgur.com/X9HEqCM.jpgcoola wrote:Could someone, who own this version of manga, please scan this page?

What's the 'Color version'? Yes, this is the Full Colour manga. If the colours seem off then blame my scanner.alakazam^ wrote:Is that from the Full Color version or the Color version? Re: DBZ portion of Manga to be in full color?!
The Full Color version is the "Z" arcs they are releasing now, in print and digital format. The Color version is the one they did with early Dragon Ball and released digitally with all 42 volumes. The difference is that, in the Color version, they don't color everything and the colors are kinda washed away. Also, if they kept that way of doing things, they sometimes change the color pallette to mimic original color pages/chapters.
Re: DBZ portion of Manga to be in full color?!
If your talking about the colors of the digitally released manga for the Son Goku, Red Ribon and Piccolo arcs, they're part of the Full-Color version as well, with the color schemes for those early arcs being in line with the Full-Color prints of the Z arcs, safe for the Pilaf arc (and specifically the first 2 chapters which have colors inconsistent with the rest of the manga, although Shenron's eyes were corrected from yellow to red in chapter 1 to be consistent with his future appearance).alakazam^ wrote:The Full Color version is the "Z" arcs they are releasing now, in print and digital format. The way to apply colors might be a little different (Young Goku's dogi seem a more flashy/fruity/aggressive orange than adult Goku's dogi), but the way the color schemes remain consistent and independant of the original color pages is the same from pretty early on the manga.
After that very early part of the Pilaf arc, they don't mimic the original color pages all the time (including deciding their own colors for the flashy backgrounds), to be consistent nearly all the way along through the manga, including the Full-Color Z part, and regardless of the changes Toriyama suddenly made in the next color pages of the original releases.

Re: DBZ portion of Manga to be in full color?!
I was talking about the way Mangabroadcast's page separates the versions in Full Color and Color. Giving a better look, I guess the only difference is that the Color version follows the original tankoubon's break point. Either way, their colors are a little bit brighter than the print manga.Cold Skin wrote:If your talking about the colors of the digitally released manga for the Son Goku, Red Ribon and Piccolo arcs, they're part of the Full-Color version as well, with the color schemes for those early arcs being in line with the Full-Color prints of the Z arcs, safe for the Pilaf arc (and specifically the first 2 chapters which have colors inconsistent with the rest of the manga, although Shenron's eyes were corrected from yellow to red in chapter 1 to be consistent with his future appearance).

Looks like Part 1 will be over in less than 2 weeks in MangaPolo.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Yeah, they're really speeding it up big time, one might miss videos if not checking it out almost everyday!DBZGTKOSDH wrote:Looks like Part 1 will be over in less than 2 weeks in MangaPolo.
Meanwhile, the other arcs keep their normal rhythm of one chapter a week.
I agree with you that they're obviously trying to get it out of the way quickly likely to start the Freezer arc instead!
I'm glad that we get to see more very quickly, but one has to not be deprived of the web for more than a few days cause with that speed, and the fact that they erase older videos as new ones are published, it's easier to miss some along the way if you're not ready to check them out very quickly once they are available!

They are releasing 2 chapters from Part 1 everyday (except for the weekends) at the same time, along with one chapter for Part 2 every Wednesday, Part 3 every Thursday, and Part 4 every Friday. I hope they will speed up the other arcs as well.
