One thing, though:

including a never-before-seen GOKU figurine
Really? Because I could've sworn that I've seen this figure before...
That's Master Stars Piece The Son Goku. Never before seen... only if you live in the West but have no Internet
That's just as true as this being "the first ALL-NEW DBZ game in over two years". How they have the nerve to say it in the Japanese trailers too is beyond me. Even by the time the game comes out, it'll still be false.

I see Link coming back in maybe a year or two now that people know as SCII HD is coming out but to say NB is the sole reason is incorrect.

Sega could have released Sonic Lost World also on PS4, Xbone and Vita but in this case it was a exclusivity deal that Nintega made.
The best version of Soul Calibur 2 is almost certainly going to be the PS3 and 360 build on account of the resolution bump and online gameplay. The only reason someone would hold the Gamecube version as the best is due to personal bias stemming from a bottom tier character meant for beginners. People who actually care about Soul Calibur, and not just SC2 on Gamecube don't care that Link isn't around anymore.

It is Nintendo's fault that games are skipping the Wii U when they could run on it. It's on their hands that hardware sales are so poor that outside of Mario, Sonic*, and Monster Hunter branded content nothing is selling on the platform.

*Early signs are showing Sonic: The Lost World on Wii U being a disaster in the sales department. Japanese sales were under 3000 copies, and it has had a sub 10k opening in the UK before dropping off the charts. It's still early in the holiday season so sales could pick up, so I won't write it off entirely.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

Prime @ From a lucrative aspect, it wouldn't be good to have GameCube BC on it because it'd eliminate sales of HD remakes such as Zelda's Wind Waker HD.

If you're interested the Nintendont Project is bringing the defintive GameCube BC to WU. Once that's finalised I'm going to install it on my WU.

And lastly, people complained and made petitions about it so people do care about Link in SC2.

miguelnuva1 @ Those two characters are bland, not sword-based (except Spawn) and nothing very interesting about them.

Oh yes, it's Heihachi not what you wrote.

At no point was I discussing backwards compatibility, so I'm confused as to where that came from.

Ultimately, while some may like Link, he's considered to be one of, if not the worst character a player can choose in the game. That's why he won't be missed.

Anyways, Dragon Ball.

Don't know why, but I've always loved the restricted, blue-haired Super Saiya-jin form for Broli and am always happy to have him playable.

Same here, I love the blue hair.

Which is part of why I hope the "Blue-Haired SSJ God Vegeta" ideas never happen. God only knows the kind of horrible debates that would happen...

I have more fun playing with him in that form than I do when he's in his super buff form.

As a lefty myself, I loved that about link. Too bad they changed it. Now he's right handed in order to accommodate the Wii controls.

I'd suggest picking one up at some point in your life. Zelda is great.

I used to be that way, then I played Ocarina of time on my friend's 3DS, it was cool. Give it a shot.

But anyway, yeah the first thing that jumped out at me from the new scan were those red eyes Broly has. Makes his Mind Controlled SSJ form WAAAYYYYY more badass.

Heihachi has more personality in his hair than Link has in all of his games combined. I mean, I love Zelda but I love Tekken too. Spawn can go to hell and stay there.

This game has almost completely lost my interest, I dont even know if I'm going to pick it up later down the line anymore its just so, eh.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.
