I like Videl with short hair in the Buu saga more than her long hair design.

I'm sure you can take a hint as to which Videl is my favorite, and long-haired Videl is my second choice. Regular short-haired Videl has always been off-putting for me.

I haven't thought about this before, but this photo proves that even GT ignored the five years line in EoZ (as proven by baby Pan, Goku and Bulma in the same shot. Bulla's there too, which drives the point home even more). I guess we really shouldn't put much stock into that line.
Also, I still really want to see this as an episode in Super. Beach episode, slightly older designs for Goten, Trunks and Marron, Bulla being introduced at some point come on already god damn it... That's a good slice of life episode if I've ever seen one.

Yeah but chances are it'll look terrible with this modern Dragon Ball art and animation.
If it was to be done, I'd prefer they animated it like the original.

Eh, the original is fine, but the Flow version gives a more impactful feel. And it's more upbeat. It's just my personal favorite.

You can like her, but she had no personality. It's the same as the Gohan problem. Just because they have a family doesn't mean that they shouldn't have any pronounced character traits. Quite the opposite, even.

Videl's rough nature is exaggerated, I think. Hints of her gentler side always existed. It developed with Gohan in the original story. Her Dragon Ball Z movie appearances briefly represented that side of herself. Daizenshuu 2 mentions how she let loose after the Boo arc concluded. Generally, she's not featured in scenarios that would require her to be angry at anyone. You could argue the Beerus showdown might be appropriate, but I think she was wise enough not to engage while pregnant. Beforehand, she was enjoying herself at a party. The other times we see her are usually at home, a place of peace shared with the person she'd let her guard down with. I can gather disappointment in rarely seeing her Great Saiyaman 2 stunts anymore. The city justice angle is cool. Let's not neglect that she generally enjoys being a wife and looked forward to it before Dragon Ball Super. Her personality is consistent, she's just not featured in the story as much, a fate that eventually consumes most characters.

I don't disagree, I don't want the forced, overly-aggressive Videl to take the stage either, it'd just be another Chichi. My problem's that the show is portraying her as the sweetest, cutest, cuddliest girl to ever walk in shoe-leather. That's not the case, she does have an aggressive side.

I'm not all that sour over it anymore, though. She's gone the way of Gohan, and I'm forcing myself to be content with that.

As far as I can tell, my opinion is super unpopular. Yamcha is my favorite character. He's funny, not afraid to say he'll run away, still helps despite knowing he's useless, and many other reasons he is my favorite. I just like him a lot more than other characters. I actually squealed when they revealed his SH Figuarts alongside Tenshinhan.

I really don't like the SSJ Vegeta Piano Theme.
I know many consider it the best Faulconer theme but that's probably one of my least favorites if I had to choose.
