Boo isn't even as stronger as we was when he got out of his ball and no one knows what Frost's life has been like until now. He could very well be Ultimate Frost, for all we know.

I'm getting the feeling Frost is stronger than Freeza. If he's got that ultimate evolution (lets hope its silver) then the only one that can beat him power wise is Monaka. (Maybe) If Frieza trained for a year and learned to control that form I think Beerus would have his hands full.

And yet characters from GT like Rildo and Bebi are stronger than Buu. So why is it a big deal now?

None of the actually villains that were powerful enough to be a threat were biological. All the enemies in GT that were even a remote threat were CREATED. With the exception of Ledgic who Goku didn't even need to go SSJ against. When he does he completely overpowered him. Basically base Goku is likely the strongest natural creature in the universe in GT.

None really, once you step foot in a different Universe all law's of the one you knew change, though I'm guessing since 6 and 7 are twins they work very similar. Universe 1 might be completely different, for example, there might not be death. Far fetched example but that's the only one I can think of at the moment. Universe 6's life might be born on Beerus level automatically for all we know. (again another far fetched example)

So far his Defense seems to be pretty OP, losing only by ring out.

Dr. Gero created three cyborgs that are stronger than Freeza. The universe is a huge place, so there is always going to be stronger forces out there.

Yeah, they were created and specifically designed to kill Goku. Is it silly that some random human created beings stronger than a SSJ and Frieza without ever hearing about them? Yeah. But they're artificial.

The main gripe here is that natural beings are popping up that are light years beyond Majin Buu, a being the highest echelon of gods who oversee the entire universe feared. With Beerus and the gods of destruction, it's understandable. U6 is its own things, so that's fine too. Monaka? Not so much.

The power scaling in Super has just been really, really bad and unnecessarily over-the-top, which feels funny to write considering this is DB we're talking about.

They fear Beerus more then Buu, and I'm sure we'll find somethings wrong with Monaka.

IF Botamo was an enemy, I think the only way Goku could defeat him is with a Sword or some sharp object.

Beerus was asleep for 39 years I believe it was? and woke up recently in BOG. Monaka like stated above probably has something wrong with him, even Whis was worried about him being in the tournament when Beerus replied he'd take care of it. I'm guessing Monaka might be a Broly clone and go nuts when he transforms and tries to kill everyone. Actually now that I think about it, Monaka is very calm just like Broly... In his assumed base that is.

Yeah, even though the anime is gonna get ahead of the manga very soon, I do certainly appreciate the how well the manga version of Super has been able to tell the story.

Why would they? The show didn't even official reveal he went SSJ yet.
Plus it's not like they changed the DBZ intro the day Goku went SSJ either. He was rocking what appeared to be the kaioken attack for a long time.

Yeah, Toyotaro is doing an amazing job and is even stepping up the page count which could have been handicapped to prevent from jumping to far ahead of the anime. Now that it will soon be passed up by the anime, the page count might stay between 30 and 40 since it won't be "spoiling" anything.
