But case in point, saying Goku's got Toppo on the ropes because of he scratched him is like saying Goku had Frieza on the ropes because he burned 50% Frieza's hand.

Obviously they arent "weak" but the point is they were eliminated while doing nothing of consequence.

You absolutely right, Kale is not on par with SSB, she's surpassed it. And until and official source says Goku was holding back against a foe trying kill him in cold blood, thats were the matter stands.

And I'm not argue about what they accomplish, just saying their not weak.

No, I'm not really debating their actual power. I'm just saying their being treated like fodder makes them look weak generally even if they arent. They basically lost five to nothing, I was expecting them to take out a few people in the tournament or have more meaningful time.

Personally it would have been better to have them fight Goku alone. Their combined powers would have been enough to challenge him even in Blue form, then have the androids come in and help out.

This is were I think super has trouble balancing its characters in this arc, by once again involving Kale and Caulifla it takes focus away from the Pride Troopers and their efforts. They could and should have had all this stuff with Kale in another epiosde against another universe's fighters.

The thing is we all know Jiren and Toppo are top tier. We arent fooled at all. We knew these guys would be eliminated sooner or later. The question is simply why so easily from an entertainmemt standpoint?

Kale not stronger than ssjb goku all goku said he was going to let out more power
Compare goku Kamehameha against merged zamasu Vs the one he sent at kale and tell me he went full blast
Goku was no where near full power that time and considering he was willing to fight jiren who one shotted her and goku came out unscathed from her assault
Kale is blue level but not superior to ssjb goku,vegeta,golden Frieza etc

He indirectly spoiled Caulifla surviving episode 101 with the comments of episode 104 having her and Kale as focus, and now looks like he spoiled Vegeta defeating Brianne because he will face Hit later on.
