It's just two Toyotaro drawings he merged together. A simple paint job, basically.
Just look at the quality of Zeno's head compared to the pristine quality of Freeza's body.

I want someone to sit down and explain to me at length why they click on things like this. I want them to really, fully, have to justify their decision-making.

Then I want God to explain to me why we live in a universe in which among all the other injustices in the world, those videos have to garner hundreds of thousands of views, and between the two, the one that is only masquerading as actual news accumulates twice as many views as the one which badly covers a real story.
