Why?
They'd basically be the same strength level Piccolo's at when they'd enter. They've got each other as training partners plus don't need to eat, drink or sleep as far as we know so they can just train perpetually for a whole year. The only real problem is that they're still human so their powering up rate is far inferior to Saiyan's and warrior type Namekian's. It's also possible because of their strengthened bodies the environment of the ROSAT might not affect them as much as the regular flesh and blood fighters.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

Oh, I see...

Well, what if the humans (Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Chaozu and Yajirobe) trained in the RoSaT post the Android Arc? What BP could they reach?

If they were paired with someone of the same level, they would get huge gains. Chiaotzu wouldn't be able to handle the room. Kuririn and Tenshinhan would get to around 10.000.000~20.000.000, Yamcha to 4.000.000~8.000.000, Yajirobe I really don't know he has huge potential but no will. Even when the Saiyans were coming, he didn't take the Kami training seriously. I guess he would be a little lower than Yamcha if he was forced to do it, like he was in the Saiyan Arc.

So what if Cell needed to absorb #17, #18, #19 and Dr. Gero to become perfect?

Well, since when Cell shows up both 19 and Gero were destroyed I think he would use the DB to bring them back to absorb they, just a though.

What If Cell does not exist, Vegeta had destroyed the androids (19 and 20), waited Goku recover from his Heart Virus and defeated him in battle? Would Vegeta kill Goku, be evil again and destroy the Earth?

He wouldn't defeat Goku. Goku would acquire a zenkai boost and blitz him with instant transmission. Vegeta would proceed to return to that giant asteroid he used to become a SSJ and cry...like a little...bitch.

Oh hell yeah. Vegeta so would have killed Goku and destroyed the planet. Vegeta, by all accounts at that stage, was still an evil prick with an immense grudge and great resentment towards Earth.

What if Trunks spared King Cold and allowed him to heal (but still destroyed his spaceship)? What does Cold do when the Androids and Cell appear?

Nothing. Unless they imprison him somehow, he'll likely fly out of the planet or contact reinforcements to pick him up.

He was willing to let Bulma and his infant son die in plane crash that he could have easily prevented. And when Future Trunks called him out on it, he flat out stated he wouldn't have given a shit if Bulma and his baby Trunks died and that they were just getting his way.

What if Freeza decided to take his army's advice and focus on building his empire rather than getting revenge?
What if King Cold were revived with Freeza?
What if Gohan started training with Whis behind everyone's back, including Goku/Vegeta?
What if King Vegeta was revived and was brought to Capsule Corp? How would Vegeta respond to his papa returning?
What if Broly met Freeza?
What if someone put the Potara earrings on Goku and Vegeta while they were asleep?

-Freeza could have built a powerful empire potentially, and then later gotten revenge. If he took his time he'd probably could trounce Goku, Vegeta, and maybe even Beerus. Instead he humiliated himself yet again.

-If he has Freeza's potential, then he and Freeza could spar and have made even more ludicrous gains. Enough that I'd say only Whis could potentially stop them. Sparring is a lot better than solo training.

-Gohan would be a responsible adult who fights not because he enjoys or really wants to, but because he cares about the world, and his families future. He'd be a stark contrast to the battle junkies Goku and Vegeta and would think of what is best for everyone. He wouldn't care about having a good fight and would put an end to evil. He'd train to also not let his emotions run wild, which is his biggest weakness in a fight. He would recall how he nearly died because he was not strong enough to fight Freeza, and how Goku or Vegeta may not always be around to save him. Gohan becomes a character worth respecting since the Boo arc and not the typical joke he is now.

-Vegeta wouldn't care. King Vegeta is an old relic of the past. He'd be pretty passive about it. Vegeta doesn't care about his race, other wise I'm sure he coulda wished his father back a long time ago.

-Depends on the timing. Freeza would execute baby Broly as he's far too powerful a saiyan as merely an infant. As a grown up Broly would absolutely demolish Freeza during his time alive. Freeza would really see the terror of the Legendary Super Saiyan. If this is during a time when Freeza trained, then Broly would get absolutely destroyed, and Freeza would gleefully demolish the saiyan of legend.

-Going by the Super manga the two wish to be separated, and Vegeta probably beats up whoever did it or at least yells at them.

Freeza could've never surpassed Beerus, no matter what he did. He was at his limit in RoF, power wise. All he could've ever done was master his Golden Form so that it didn't exhaust him.

Well, it was never implied in the movie that he was on his limit, but I like to think that in my headcanon, it hurts to think in the probability that if Freeza trained for 1 year instead of 4 months he could surpass the whole universe 7 :|

I don't buy that at all. People misinterpret that line of Freeza can't do anything to beat Beerus when that was when he was at his namek strength. Why would Freeza suddenly cap out and never be able to get stronger? Freeza after 4 month's can never get stronger? That's ridiculous. That's hardly his life span. Goku could get stronger over years and years of training, so I doubt Freeza reached his peak after 4 month's.

Piccolo fused with Kami, so the Dragon Balls are no more. Cell would have to travel back in time at the point before Vegeta kills #19.

Freeza wasn't just doing any ol' training. He was bringing out "all of his latent potential." And that line comes from Akira Toriyama himself.

If Freeza could actually surpass Beerus, I think he would've been a bit more concerned.

Freeza didn't know Beerus would have anything to do with his confrontation with Goku. Also again what logical sense does it make that after 4 month's of training, that Freeza can never get any stronger? Then it must be impossible for Goku or Vegeta to get any stronger too considering they have less potential than Freeza does. Hell Babidi brought out all of Vegeta's potential when making Vegeta stronger, and yet Vegeta can still get even more powerful. The only way it would be impossible for Freeza to get stronger is if his training regiment had diminished gains which they wouldn't since he immediately stopped when he powered up so he could have got stronger, or if he got too old that his body couldn't handle tough training no more.

Why not travel to Namek? Also he could absorb the namekians, getting even more strong that he should absorbing humans
