I dislike this picture, and what it represents. However that does not mean I dislike the picture, it's well drawn and nice on the eyes. It's just the other parts I dislike about it and what they represent.

I think that is Pan, not Videl. This seems to be Dragon Ball AF by Young Jijii.

I noticed Gohan has a tail in the second picture, it's definitely someone's version of "AF".
