I think we NEED to see Whis fight in this movie. As it stands he's the strongest character to ever live in DBZ and I need to know WHY!

Actually I think it would be funny of they turned it into a running gag that he's the most powerful but is never seen fighting. Maybe have a fakeout where he's about to show off his stuff but doesn't, or maybe he kicks someone's ass off screen then in the next scene everyone goes on about just how awesome the unseen fight was. Stuff like that.

I'm beginning to hear rumors that this movie was cancelled. I doubt the rumor to be true but that's a scary thought.

Why would it be cancelled? The movie already finish the voice acting and they already plan to market the movie. I would imagine Toei is almost close to finish animating the movie soon. There's still lot to be done before April.

Do we have actual confirmation that it has been voiced? It's possible that the performances in the trailer are simply for the trailer.

No, that's only in the west. In Japan they tend to record to animation, unfinished storyboards, rough key animation, etc. Lip synch is only done on special occasions when the director/animation supervisor/key animator wants to. I think Akira is the only Japanese animated film to use lip synch. Heck, most weekly series record the voice performances anywhere from one-to-four weeks before an episode airs.

Yes, either that or it's done in parallel. It's preferable to have the dialogue already recorded, as it makes dialogue scenes and character emotion easier to animate naturally.

So his chest is purple.... Can we be sure that it's a mistake in trailer that the has white chest, or is due to the transformation?

Gokuu actually looks beat up in that screen shot. It's a step up from Kami to Kami having no real injuries. It's also played horrifically safe by not having any actual blood.

These aren't really new content-wise.
The screenshot of first form Freeza was in the TOHO Cinemas ad.
The screenshot of Freeza powering up was in the trailer, just with weird lense flare effects all over it.
The rest of these have been on the official website for weeks.

I really like that grey outfit on Vegeta. I liked his black battle outfit from the Freeza arc more, but the grey is nice too. Pleasant change of pace from the blue.

I'm guessing these are gonna be the stock promo images that will be circulating everywhere in the lead-up to the movie- y'know like how we had the ones of Goten and Trunks fusing and Super Saiyan Gohan charging toward the screen for BOG?
