Blue and green would be Butter and Ghurd, I suppose. Sabat voiced Butter in the "Ultimate Uncut" redub, and Ghurd was Bill Townsley.

Perhaps Vic Mignogna is voicing Burter this time? I remember a video a while back stating he got the role, but did he ever really voice him?

Mignogna voiced Butta in the in-house dub (at least up through 67), copying Sabat who was copying whoever the heck voiced him in the original Season Two dub. I remember emailing Mignogna about it and he said he only did the voice in the series.

But... It sounds like Sabat and the credits say it's Sabat... Even in the TV Broadcast track of the orange bricks, which until the 1999 dubbed episodes kicked in, was actually the track used in the broadcast.

Well, the credits have been wrong before. Here's Mignogna doing his Butta.

Yeah a LOT of the credits on the Orange Bricks were incorrect, funnily enough most of them being characters credited to Sabat, but he didn't play, or vice-versa. He did both of the Oni, but McFarland was credited as Mez. Sean did Moori originally, Sabat was credited.

I think Vic and Sabat ended up sharing the role. I believe Vic voiced him for the Namek Saga redub, but once they started re-recording dialogue for the original "Season 3 episodes", it was definitely Sabat voicing Burter.

Holy shit, I can't believe how violent this episode is. All things considered I was expecting a lot more to be cut with Vegeta's attack on the village...man, ten years ago, I could never have imagined we'd see the day that such a thing could happen.

Also, Kuririn's line at the end of the episode..."it's times like these that I really wish I had a mother to call"...I seriously thought he was going to go for the shoe salesman line. I have a feeling that was kinda intentional >_>;

I'm pretty sure in the Japanese one he was talking about how he wished he had a girlfriend, but for whatever reason that's inappropriate for Nicktoons... I seriously doubt they were making a reference to a "joke" that they inserted over the running gag of Krillin wanting a girlfriend.
