Good Buu probably should have all the power that Fat Buu was allowed to use without splitting, because Kid Buu has all of the unrestrained evil Buu power just like Evil did.

Here's another one: how much stronger was Gotenks than Super Buu, exactly? I seem to recall him pulverizing Buu when he got serious.

Well Boo hit Gotenks about 3 times, and for every hit Boo did, it seemed that Gotenks hit him much harder. Hand to hand combat Gotenks completely dominated. I'd say there's a 1.2-1.5 x difference. People could argue that Boo set up his plan by losing to Gotenks so he would fuse again, if he battered Gotenks the boys would know not to fuse a second time, as it would be pointless. No absorption for Boo that way.

Nop, because Pure Evil Buu has the most part of Fat Buu's power, whereas Kid Buu is stronger than Fat. And it's logical, because Pure Evil Buu lost a part of his "Buu power" when he splitted.
