I think Kale is the one that didn't end up so well vtbh. Eyes look a little lopsided.

Kale's eyes always make her look like a dullard to me so I didn't look twice at it.

It's just the pupils aren't that well aligned. Since it's the promotional poster and it's her fist manga appearance it kinda stands out.

While I'm not that crazy about her overall design, her eye shape in the anime is interesting, simply because it's wasn't one of the standard three types we're used to.

I don't get why they show 18 with white hair instead of blonde...

I think they're aiming for platinum blonde?

I don't know if this has been said before buy Dr Rota, the pigs name on team Universe 6 must be a pun on rotavirus which causes sickness and makes you go to the toilet a lot so and apparaently it does commonly come from pigs.

He could easily be Champa's secret weapon and if true would easily be turned in to a joke episode.

If Dyspo isn't connected to Beerus/Champa in any way, there isn't any of point of he looking like them. Perhaps it's a joke to the people that thought Beerus was a rabbit in the beginning. Still unnecessary though. He could just have another color scheme.

As for Jiren, if he hadn't told Goku to get lost I would believe he couldn't talk at this point...

Same reason they showed Mirai Trunks with blue hair. Plus unlike Trunks, iirc 18 was never show to be blonde in the manga (correct me if I'm wrong).

Why doesn't anybody ring out Cauliflowa and kale?
They are sitting ducks right now, the tournament stage is a circular space, and they are behind a wall, it's not like they even have a lot of cover, anybody can and should spot them from the other side..

We are talking about roshi getting disqualified because he will tire out after the Mafuba, Goku wanting to save stamina to fight till the end, but these girls are camping around like it's a goddam picnic spot..

1. Plot Shield.

2. They might be done after they have their main fight, the fight vs the Pride Troopers only served for Kales development.

I'm still sticking with my prediction of them along with Cabba facing Brianne, Rosie and Jimizu.

IOh wait, Toei has to fill their stupid Goku quota for every single episode.

There are other aspects I agree with you and that makes this tournament kinda lame but I'm gonna highlight this one for now. It's so damn weird that Goku has to appear in every single episode. Popping out from nowhere in battles he shouldn't have anything to do with.

But I'm sure that when the time comes, he will battle with the Yadorat because that's the one he should be involved with. That Yadorat owes an explanation and his contribution. Then he and mainly Vegeta will battle against the Tsufurujin, because he and Vegeta are really the ones to have something to do with him. Having that in mind, I try to ignore this whole Goku show, hoping I'll be rewarded soon enough.

Yeah it's really aggravating. Even GT had him absent for a few episodes with the Baby stuff.

Goku apologetics.

Battle of Gods isn't canon. I'm talking about Dragonball Super and Dragonball Super only. Stop bringing in the movies. Because I won't reply to that past this point.

Goku is much faster than 18, Goku flew in and intercepted a punch against Dyspo from out of nowhere, and faster than Hit could react, the same Hit who could react against SSB Kaioken Goku x10. And he has instant transmission. Where was he when Krillin was falling out? Before and after he was hit by Frost? If Goku can intercept attacks the way he did in 104, it just shows he pays more attention to Hit than his own best friend.

If Goku can get his second and third and fourth and fifth wind in his fight against Beerus, why can't Caulifla or Kale against Dyspo?

Magetta is a match for SSJ Vegeta who is as strong as SSJ Goku who was stated to be as strong as SSGod Red.

Goku's "score" indicates that he will take the Hit fight, which I hate.

No, to sell more toys. Female Saiyans are a rare commodity in Dragonball, so of course they're not finished. They already wrote Caulifla as a prodigy and given the power scaling in this show she'll get another level beyond super Saiyan 2. And Kale's rage can be something they can implement again once the opportunity presents itself.
