The dialogue sounds TFS Goku, but that voice does not sound like MasakoX. *Is confused*.
Beers sounds pretty good. :3
Did you do both voices for this?
Very cool; thank you for sharing!
Oh, no, the voices are from TF2. XD
Really, the whole thing was just a test to see how well I could sound mix a scene like that one.
Oh wow. XD I feel silly.
If it was on mixing then, yes it sounded really good. I actually watched it on my phone so it's not the same as if I watched it on my laptop, but it sounded good.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
Well, we're just about a month away from Youmacon now... and I just have to wonder if TFS is going to have another premiere for us this year.
2010, I believe, was episode 19. 2011 was Lord Slug. 2012 was Episode of Bardock...
Personally, I'm hoping for the Trunks Special. It would be nice if it turned out to be Episode 38 instead, but I wouldn't want the team to rush it out just to be able to debut it at the convention. We also haven't had a Season 2 follow-up on DBZ Kai Abridged yet, so there's another possibility.
Something tells me it won't be a movie, as while they're non-serial and not really in continuity, the upcoming movies assume certain events in the series have happened that TFS hasn't gotten to yet.
Vegeta: "Funny... I seem to recall Kakarot being fed the same information right before he transformed; the distinct look on your faces when he went Super Saiyan didn't exactly inspire confidence. One does not predict or calculate power like ours." Youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/ThePrinceOfSaiyajins My 3DS Friend Code:

If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"
Well then, I'll eagerly await the special! Is it another contest?

Battle of Gods? Based on that last clip you showed us/is relatively recent in the thread, haha. But then again the Blu-ray's only been out a few weeks.
If I remember right, KaiserNeko's clue was that it'd be something Mike could add to his collection. Mike has quite the collection of the movie "Deadzone" so this is my guess.
EDIT

Mike will be able to add this version to his collection now as well. ;3
