If they wanted to do a next generation thing they could always have Vegeta training someone while Goku is off with Uub or have Goku's family go to Uub's village like NMZ did. Goku has Instant Transmission so it's not like he can't go wherever whenever.

Do you seriously think Toei will never do anything with Pan or Uub? Uub's been referenced in Super already and they clearly like Pan and want to do something with her again. It's also natural to assume Trunks and Goten will be in a major role as they're older and fighters. Trunks will also be back in his popular adult form and they market the hell out of that.

I think it would also be nice if Marron has the same role her father did in Dragonball/DBZ, and they could use Bra as the new younger Bulma.

Of course they could but it ain't happening anytime soon and it depends on tori's mindset

Weird's in the eye of the beholder. I've never cared for kid Trunks and Goten or Uub. Bra's semi-ruined for me because Super's turned me off VegeBul which I never really was that into beforehand. I like EoZ Pan, but what I like about her I can already get from Gokû himself.

I understand. A show without Goku isn't DB. A Next gen is just gonna be boring cliché shonen, Gohan wasn't MC cuz he was boring af, there is a reason why Toei still had Goku as MC in GT probably realised he is DB.

I don't see toei repeat the same mistake with pan or uub like they did with gt if there ever considered doing a sequel based on the kid's

I agree with this. Gohan's a nice guy which in real life is good, but that doesn't make an interesting protagonist imo. Gokû's saiyan impulses are part of what drive the show. The next gen are just a bunch of nice guys and girls. You would get a generic shounen story out of them.
