I think you're mistaking him for Super's Goku.

I'm not, I'm talking about Naruto. Goku was still himself after growing up, and you could say many things about him being absent, but was a good father to Gohan when he was around. He always trusted his son and was always good to him. In my eyes, Vegeta is much worse. One whole year with Trunks in the RoSaT and they didn't train together because he was an asshole. On the other hand, Goku and Gohan developed their relationship, which was already good before and Gohan got the SS2, Goku saw he could. And Vegeta didn't even know Trunks could go SS in the Boo arc, so they didn't really trained together that much in seven years.

Naruto, he became disgusting, sorry if somebody likes him. I couldn't believe when I saw the Boruto movie, that was just another character, nothing of his past him remains. And he treats Boruto like shit.

If they really replace Goku and Vegeta, then it be should Caulifla(w/Kale) and Cabba as new Main Chars.

What do you guys think of Goku's new form being the animes version of taking the power of blue/kkblue/ssg etc into yourself? Or at least based on that idea.

Whatever the new form will be, it's most likely coming directly from toriyama, as such the explanation for it will be the same for both anime and the manga..
As for it being absorbing god power in yourself, this already happened in BOG, SSG was absorbed and SSB is simply a powerup form SSG.. KK isn't something you can absorb, it's a technique..
It could be anything, we can't say for sure, my money is on him becoming a full fledged deity with this and not only utilize god ki for fighting, but as a part of his being..

A next generation story would be fantastic. It's so strange that people are so willing to disregard the idea so instantly.

Because we had that shit with GT and we got an annoying Pan, a wimpy Trunks, a boring Goten and a nonfighting Bra, who dressed as a stripper at the age of 8.


Gohan and Future Trunks because they were likable but also because toriyama made them special, plus Goku and Vegeta were still around and in modern dragon ball, if those 2 are around, no one will care about the next gen.

Team 7 is the worst main character trio in all of shonen,by the end of the series imo and that includes Natsu, erza and gray.



Toriyama made a lot character writing mistakes but I can never say he made me hate a character as much as sauske, lose respect for a character like sakura or be downright disgusted by a character like naruto.

People complain about false hype and yada yada this and that when it is their fault as they butter themselves up needlessly. Some vague lyrics and Goku and Gohan being back to back in a ending shot (that takes place not in the ring I may add) all of a sudden people think Gohan is gonna do something and even "win", kind of silly isn't it? And when it doesn't happen people will be like "Toei tricked us booooo"...
