I wasn`t saying that he should be still on LSSJ or in his normal state. I was simply stating what happened. Yes, he is in LSSJ. Yes, he is unconscious because of Vegetto`s attack. Period.

As for discussing if he should remain in his LSSJ or not, well, in the manga, when Vegeta knocks out Goku before fighting Buu, Goku remains in his SSJ state, even though he is unconscious. But when he is shown waking up he is in his normal state.
So.. Its possible that it takes a while to return to normal..? I don`t know.. And honestly I don`t care.. Its one of those details that doesn`t affect the story at all.. Whether he should be in his normal state while he was on the ice and while he is trapped in Vegetto`s attack doesn`t really matter. If you consider it a mistake, its no greater mistake than not drawing Vegetto`s earings in some panels, for example. I mean, who cares? There are far many other stuff way more important in the manga.

... What? How does that make it fit better? Just imagine that Brolly is in his normal state while he was on the ice and while he was trapped in Vegetto`s attack. Everything plays out the same.. Brolly transforms when he wakes up, and everything else that happened would remain the same.

I also remembered that mini comic while I was writing my post. Even Salagir thinks nobody should care about that (even though he admits it would make more sense if he was in his normal state).

It doesn't matter. When someone is unconscious, they don't have control over anything, but primal functions, such as breathing.
To maintain the SSJ in the Dragonball universe, one must have mental control over it. If Broly is unconscious, he shouldn't be LSSJ.

To faint is to lose control over the SSJ. Look at Vegeta vs. Cell, Vegeta vs. Broly, Goku vs. Vegeta and so on.
You are grasping for straws. Why don't you admit that it's a continuity error of Salagir and Gogeta's? Or that they have just made something up to make it fit their story better?

Except that that it's not a continuity error OR made-up. It's got precedent. Go play Budokai 3/Infinite World. When Brolly gets worn down or knocked out, he stays LSSJ. The SSJs do not. Yes, I know, it's a game, but it IS precedent that LSSJ can sustain itself instead of needing a conscious mind to keep it going. Also, let's not forget Goku remaining in SSJ2 after Vegeta knocked him out in the Buu Saga. So even non Brolly character's have done it.

LSSJ, especially in DBM, does not follow the same rules as SSJ.

Vegetto obviously paid for his mistakes which were way worse. I doubt Vegetto is dead but even if he is that might be good for the story. Up to this point it seemed brain dead obvious that he was the favorite to win the whole thing. With him out of commission it opens the playing field a bit more. But, yeah, if he's dead then U16 just can't get a break.
