Hey I was just watching TFS Abridged Parody Season 1 and Season 2 COMPLETE COLLECTION & Extras Movie and Farmer with the Shotgun said "Nice one Farmer....nice one". Does that mean in DBZA his name is really Farmer?

I wish you guys would come to Armageddon Expo more often. It was so nice having LK attend last year.

But I understand why you can't. Ticket prices to fly to NZ/Aus or to the US from NZ/Aus are ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the only way we get to conventions is by the cons themselves flying us out. We couldn't afford going to ANY of them if they were on our own dime.

ALSO! If anyone here is a particular fan of the Kikuchi score and not so much Yamamoto's (or at the last, our use of them in the show) then you'll be happy to hear that his music comprises MOST of the score in this movie with no Yamamoto at all!

For Yamamoto fans... well, sorry guys. But this movie just feels so late-DragonBall that I just had to use more of the Kikuchi stuff!

It's fine. Music doesn't concern me and it shouldn't hinder my experience. I just hope the jokes are great. I still have a soft spot for the old version even if some jokes sucked.

Yeah, I understand. Hopefully one of these days, Armageddon Expo will pull the funds again for one of you to come along :). If they can do it for certain voice actors, comic artists and actors themselves, I'm sure they can for you guys.

Got no problems with no Yamamoto in Movie 1 ^_^

You kidding? One of my favorite Kikuchi snippets is in that movie! The mixture of the DB theme and Piccolo's theme!

This whole time I assumed the tshirts went to paying for airline fare.

Even if they did, they wouldn't pay for more than... maybe two cons worth of airfare. One, depending on which one of us is going.

 I get that...

I actually really liked the "original" dubs of the first two DBZ movies. The video quality, voice acting and editing may not even compare to what it's like now, but I still feel that the jokes hold up pretty well. "Wheel of bitch-slaps" was always my favourite.

EDIT: Watching it again now, actually. Love "Gentle Statue Push". The whole thing really has aged a bit, but it kinda reminds me of the type of improv you do with your friends when you're bored.

The surprise better be Lanipator dubbing the Vegeta Bingo Scene. Replace the lyrics with something celebratory for TFS. BEST THING EVA.

Just saw that the Youmacon schedule was posted. I'm EXTREMELY happy with the way TFS in particular was scheduled - Friday night 18+ panel, and Saturday at noon for the regular panel. The only disappointing thing is that I'll be missing the first half of AMV Wars for TFS, but I've been at AMV Wars every stinking year, and considering I was disappointed with having to bail before that was over last year to make the TFS panel, I'll take missing the first half and catching the end this year as a decent compromise.

After a lot of crap I've gone through in the past few months (moving, changes at work, having to replace an engine, and my dad dying), I'm definitely looking forward to relaxing and enjoying myself at the convention, and to catching TFS there!

Why was Gero afraid to fight Tenshinhan? I guess I'll go with because Tenshinhan seemed too confident or nobody really cares.

It's just a joke. It's obvious Tenshinhan would get schooled.

At this point, he recognizes than his calculations were off. Furthermore, as opponents go, Tenshinhan could very well be the most capable of the human bunch in terms of skill and power.

Ultimately, he's second guessing himself due to Tenshinhan's confidence and defaulting to, what he believes, is the weakest opponent there. Furthermore, Tenshinhan might not have been completely out of his depth there; we see him hold off second form Cell with his Shin Kikoho. He's definitely gotten a lot stronger.

Krillin is stronger than Tenshinhan at this point.... The Shin Kikoho being able to push back Cell was just that, he was able to push him.

As I'm waiting for new episode, i`ve rewatched TFS Lord Slug, and, i wonder if Super Kami Guru knew, that if his good half was killed, he would die as well?

It's Krillin > Tien since Namek, and it never changed.

I never meant to imply Tenshinhan was stronger than Krillin.

I'm saying, think of it from Dr. Gero's perspective. Krillin is the buttmonkey. Tenshinhan, on the other hand, is considerably more confident.
