One Piece 9.8

Detective Conan 8.4
Doraemon 8.3
Chibi Maruko-chan 7.3
Dragon Ball Super 6.6
Kindaichi Case Files R 6.2
Yokai Watch 5.1
Folktales from Japan 3.9
Quite a jump from last week. That's quite good for Super. Just watch next week the ratings drop to a 5.5.

Everything seems to be up this week, haven't seen One Piece at almost 10.0 for a while I don't think.

Likely because Super did very well, so it bumped One Piece. On the other hand, Kindaichi and Conan were down.
I think OP will rise more consistently once it goes back to Luffy's fight (it spent a long time highlighting minor characters), so that'll maybe affect DBS too.

Good week. The love for Freeza still surprises me nowadays, but I won't expect much more for this arc.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Not too shabby. I didn't think we'd get out of the 5 zone anytime soon, but thankfully I was wrong. It does look like One Piece had something to do with our ratings increase though.

It's usually the lead-in that has the mission to deliver a good viewership so the next show in a block can take advantage of: Maruko -> Sazae, DBS -> OP, Kindaichi -> Conan, Doraemon -> Shin-chan. The former titles here are all lead-ins, and you may notice they have lower ratings than the latter ones.

It doesn't hurt if One Piece has a good Sunday and some viewers tune in earlier, but it probably doesn't affect the previous show as much as the other way around, in this case the people who stay tuned after Super. ChibiGoku mentioned a good example in the previous page, Conan was being severely damaged by a flopped lead-in earlier this year.

Hopefully the F arc can stay in the 6 range.

http://www.tvguide.or.jp/ranking/timerr ... index.html

DVR Rating: 2-8 of November
1st: Lupin III - 100.0
2nd: Yokai Watch - 82.7
3rd: Doraemon - 71.8 (Up 1)
4th: One Piece - 69.6 (Down 1)
5th: Detective Conan - 58.4
6th: Mobile Suit Gundam -57.9 (Up 4)
7th: One Punch Man - 54.0
8th: Gintama - 53.6 (Down 2)
9th: Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider - 39.6
10th: Young Black Jack - 38.0 (New entry)
? : Dragon Ball Super (Episode 18) (Down at least 3)

We are out of the top 10! Let's hope it's an anomaly, like Mobile Suit Gundam had last week... The TV ratings were the best in a while, so that probably factors in. Still, this isn't good. Could the older views (which might have seen FnF), have disconnected because of the retelling of a movie that was recently released in bluray?

Those would be the DVR ratings to go alongside the episode that had a TV rating of 5.8% though so it's strange that it's no even in the Top 10 this week. Except for the first episode they've all been above 50.0.

It'd be episode 18. I put all the ratings, TV and DVR in the original post.

Many thanks!

I think the fact that Super's pulling as well as it is as a morning show against these evening shows is a good sign. It's a lot easier for people to settle in after dinner to watch something live, but it's another thing altogether to wake up early on a weekend morning to watch a live airing.
On hiatus.
