Well the spoilers have [spoiler]confirmed that U9 is not going to be with us much longer. Thats a pretty big upset for the U9 supporters but thats the way cookie crumbles.

At least we know know why Basil got so much spotlight last episode.....

Well, atleast U4 isn't the first one to go. They're pretty mysterious, I hope they will surprise us more than expected.

About the previews:
[spoiler]Krillin and Kale being out so early is surprising. However, at least he goes out in a blaze of glory and with her out there's more room for the Hit and Frost stuff in U6. As long as they leave their mark on the whole, it doesn't really matter. Especially since Kale is taking out a lot of guys too before going down, so that's an important moment in the arc for sure. Assuming they get some great animation those moments already feel like highlights.

Sad for U9 though, but it's not in the least surprising. They didn't get an Exhibition match and focus this and next episode for nothing, especially knowing U11 is the main threat.[/spoiler]

I'm not a Universe 10 supporter, but I find it weird that users are downplaying the whole team. Did everyone omit Basil 's skirmish with Napapa (the pig sumo) from their heads? The big guy managed to fight evenly with Basil and deflected not one, not two, but THREE Shining Blasters and managed to stay in the ring. If Rou hadn't warned Basil of the sneak-attack from behind, he would've been squeezed like Goku in his fight with Toppo. I feel Rumishi should get some props for selecting a Sumo champion, someone who would fit in a tournament that's about ringing folks out. That's pretty smart.

We have no idea what kind of tricks/techniques the rest of the characters can pull, so I feel it's unfair to say that any of them are 'trash'. I expect a few combatants from each team to be challenge. I mean, we thought the Trio De Dangers wouldn't be much but lo and behold they proved to be pretty strong.

I like Basil and the rest of the trio, but I feel this needs to be said.

In fact, the Grand Priest thought that Universe 9 was holding back his son's future and now that the literal ball and chain of a universe has been erased, the Grand Priest and the former angel of Universe 9 couldn't be any more happier. What a great father the Grand Priest is, looking out for his kid. Goku should take some tips from him.
