I wonder if these gods will be related to DBS...

Most the Japanese fans talking about the page seem pretty certain that, despite the similarity to the Time Kaioshin for one of them, they are new avatars. So I dunno. Probably not, if they end up being right.

New avatars is my guess. Almost certain of it, looking at the three of then together.

One being similar to the Kaioshin of Time doesn't mean much, a few of the avatars bear a striking resemblance to other characters.

The only reason I'm rooting against future avatars is because we're no longer getting names for the characters without Victory Mission, and we still had characters from the previous sets that are nameless. Well, the Hero classes usually get a name somewhere (eventually, if we can find it), but the others aren't so lucky.

If they turn out to be avatars, we'll end up with no names for the following:
Namekian Elite
Freeza Clan Berserker
Majin Elite
Shinjin/Kaioshin Hero (For a while at least)
Shinjin/Kaioshin Elite
Shinjin/Kaioshin Berserker

I still miss the fantasy transformations that Heroes would do. After Super 17 absorbed Cell and #16, we got LSSj4 Broli and that was it really. I would love to see something wacky like a fusion card between Kuriza and Cell Jr.

Wahat about all the new super forms for the shadow dragons, Kid Buu's new absorbstions, Evil Bardock's Oozaru Form and Mira's Out of Control form?

I don't know if she'll be playable, but Time Kaioshin is in the top screenshot next to Trunks. Also, some DBO inspired Majin Time Breaker grunts are in the bottom screenshot of Trunks' missions. I wonder if they will get cards, or remain game exclusive like some of the characters Babidi enslaved a while back. At the very least though, if they have names, we should get them when they are fought in the game.

Don't the Kaio and Kaioshin already basically watch over the non outer spacey "space"?

If that was the case then they would also be watching over time, yet we have someone else doing that now do we?

Space is defined as a boundless three-dimensional extent in which objects and events occur and have relative position and direction, which kinda fits how Kaio watch over the universe and Kaioshin watch over the universe and afterlife. Space and time are often related in fiction, but they are two fairly different things. So, why would watching over one mean they have to watch over time as well?

Anyway, gonna say I'd never expect Shinjins to become avatars, but it's pretty cool they did. As for Bardock... I miss the time when he was cool because he was a brooding almost anti-hero who suffered a dramatic death.

When you boast tall claims about being 100% sure of things to which you have no basis, it's hard for anyone to take you seriously.

Okay, you're right. Here, let me try it your way. I 100% predict that in the next mission Pan will get Super Saiyan. If that doesn't happen it's because some other shit happened in between, and she'll get it the next set, or the one after, unless some more shenanigans happen.
