Well from the looks of things, sparring has always been a source of exponential increase.

We can assume Fat Janemba is the stronger of the two, based on Goku's "I ain't never felt a ki as amazin' as that" remark about him, while also knowing Goku's gone Super Saiyan 3 against some form or another of Boo already. But Janemba might not have any good way to overcome Boo's infinite regeneration and stamina. I'll label this one an undecided toss-up.

Where the heck is that stated? Until I got confirmation I have Super Buu taking this one since SSJ3 Goku gave Janemba a little trouble.
