The delux edition describes it perk as 'Early Access' to Trunks. Implying that you'll be able t get him later by other means, like how Black will be available to buy later.

Almost certain the new Trunks is just a skin anyway. Doubt he's any different from the other versions... unless... there's more Super content?

From the Beta and everything, there's enough reason for me to get XV2. But not enough for me to pre-order it, nor get any of the more costly additions. There's no reason to. I think I may just buckle down and get a PS4 so I can transfer data, but I'm going to get the game first then a PS4 once the PS4-Pro is out and get that over the winter holidays. So I won't be playing right away. Which is fine for me since the SWTOR update drops Dec 2nd, so that'll occupy my time for a good while.

I think suddenly giving them a voice now would be jarring and rather strange, this was the character that still couldn't speak even inside Ginyu's body. Plus, I don't think they'd have the budget to get enough VA's on for it to NOT piss players off (There'd be hell if there was only two voices for them )

I watched the livestreams and went over the released information. TFS livestream was best. #makepuddincannon

The open beta is next week for those with pre-orders. This passed weekend was the Closed Beta. The open beta's just going to be a glorified server test anyway.

I think I rememebr one of the Devs saying that Rose Black will come in later DLC because they had already fnished him before Rose was actually revealed.

I heard there would be another livestream ut I didn't bother posting it as XV2's livestreams always turned out to be a waste of time.

And as usual, I'm not at home at now to watch it if there's really new stuff.

Maybe they'll reveal that the Majin transformation isn't in the final build and that it was just a place holder for something special. Now wouldn't that actually be amazing?

Anyway, to the ones who played the beta, how was the gameplay? Did it improve overall(besides a couple hit detection problems I saw)?

Oh yeah, the gameplay felt great. It felt fluid compared to the first one. My brother said that's why he stopped playing the first one, and that this one actually felt fun.

It also felt easier to chain supers with your combos.The hits felt like they really had impact. And the 60fps makes it better.
My only complaint is that when you evade an attack, there's really no way to counter the backwards hit. Like there were times where I'd vanish behind them, hit them a few times but still get hit by the backwards punch. I hope that gets fixed in the final release.

Nah, i don't think that they even know that we want him. We probably have to request him through the promised feedback section, like many other characteres..
