It will mark 3 months since Toshio announced he wrote a Kale/Caulifla episode, so yes it might be that episode he was talking about. I want Cabba to make it to that episode too though.

He is the only one who hasnt gotten a powerup out of the U6 Saiyan Trio.

I've got my fingers crossed for the little guy to get a big moment. I won't be too surprised if Toppe gets taken out in 108 and that leads to Belmod ordering Jiren to take him out in 109.

They haven't used Cabba's animation from the OP in an episode yet so that's a glimmer of hope. :p

Goku fights Jiren with KKx20. Defeated.
Goku throws the Genki Dama. Fails.
Goku starts transforming into the new form. The ki is incredible, even compared against Jiren’s... but the toll of the KK x20 was too much, and he falls, knocked out.
Jiren goes to eliminate Goku, but Hit suddenly appears. It’s an incredible fight, but Hit is looking like he’s going to be defeated soon.
Seeing their only hope one step away from defeat, the U6 Namekians strikes a bargain with the U7 team. They have a technique that can revive Goku, but in exchange U7 has to promise to revive U6 if they win.
U7 accepts the bargain. While they revive Goku, Vegeta stalls Jiren.
Vegeta looks like he’s going to hold no more, but then the U6 Saiyans arrive to help.

It is implied the transformation happens in the special so I doubt what you are saying is happening.

So their emphasising Goku's "silver eyes" again, something "bad happens". Silver eyes have connotations to warewolves correct? We know Saiayns can transform into Apes, perhaps Goku transforms into a Saiyan's "true natural form" or something, perhaps Goku kills an opponent and gets DQ'd..? Or perhaps Goku goes batshit crazy and is about to kill and they knock him out cold while he comes to his senses...?

This is all based on nothing but interesting to ponder nonetheless, "silver eyes" seems to be something to focus on.

I'm more excited about the new ED, it fits my taste in music, cant wait for the full version and the visuals it will have.

What needs to happen is, Goku's completely beat up, finished by Jiren and his body wreaked seemingly beyond repair because of KK20, goku falls unconscious on the ground..
But his unconscious body beings to float like an invisible man is pulling him up grabbing his belt..
Goku begins leaking an extraordinary ki, what is born is pure power controlled by nothing but his Saiyan instincts, there is no Goku here simply his battle instincts, thus he begins to move without thinking, which his body learns..

But jiren knocks him out because he was simply acting on mere instincts without his extensive battle knowledge, there is only so much muscle memory and an unconscious mind can do..

All the episodes after are hit, Vegeta, Saiyan girls and Gohan holding jiren off until Goku regains consciousness, all the while piccolo is mediating and trying to pour energy into him to wake him up..

Yeah... That's about it..

I think that after Goku is defeated by Jiren (Not knocked out of the stage, just like Kale), Hit will recognize him as the biggest threat of the TOP and will personally face him, he will put on a great fight not only to protect his universe but because Goku helped him against Dypso. Eventually when Hit is defeated and knocked out of the stage.
Gohan will offer team U6 to form an alliance to beat Jiren, so they team up to beat him (Gohan, 17, 18, Piccolo, Cabba, Caulifla, Kale and the two namekians) while this happens, Vegeta will be unable to join the fight because he will be stalled by Freeza, who shows his true colors.
Jiren starts wrecking the alliance beetween U6 and U7, realizing they have no hope of beating him, they share their energy with Goku to recover him, they promise to find a way to revive U6 if they win the TOP.
Vegeta finally defeats Freeza, and arrive to fight Jiren, along Goku who has recovered and Gohan who managed to remain unbeated, they put on a fair fight, until Vegeta is knocked out by Jiren. Realizing they are truly in danger, Goku tells Gohan to win the TOP and sacrifices himself to beat Jiren and knock him out. With mostly everyone out the last fighters of the tournament are Gohan, Toppo, Ribrianne, Damon and Frost

One of the reasons why I'm not all that hyped about their fight is because... tho we may have not seen it but from the info we have this'll just be a legit Freeza arc remake with a boring enemy, the new form is literally the only thing thats keeping me hyped about this damn arc since Roshi's gone now.

I don't see how Goku using the Kaioken and Spirit Bomb automagically means this. That's like saying the Future Trunks Saga was just a retread of the Android/Cell Saga because it had Trunks and time-travel.

How exactly are those scrubs gonna hold off Jiren for multiple episodes when Jiren trashed ssjb kaiokenx20 Goku in like 1-2 episodes who is stronger than all of them combined?
Sure Hit could hold him off for about 1 full episode but after that?

Well Trunks is literally about time travel so I dont see anything wrong with that, while in Jiren's case, he's not exactly Freeza so I dont get why Goku V Jiren had to sound so awfully similar to Goku V Freeza, KKx20 then spirit bomb was literally what happened in the Freeza arc, until Goku's new form popped out which in this case will also happen. I would have called the Black arc out if Goku gave Black a senzu and told him he had push Trunks in which Black kills a random character infront of Trunks and that triggers his transformation like Gohan's SSJ2.
