No, that button isn't clickable.

While I understand that everyone's excited about new footage, please don't be a "hero" and publicly distribute this 'round these parts. You'll feel great for a couple hours, but then as soon as Japan wakes up, Marc and I will start getting letters, we'll be forced to turn over information, delete conversations... it's not pretty. Please be courteous and lawful.

Also that whole "spelling properly" thing :).

Tss, the sad part is that I have no trouble believing that those guys can't even give the whole world a chance to see it but will still punish fans desperately trying to just see that franchise they love by sharing the vid. I mean, come on, do they honestly believe that fans will watch it and not want to buy it when they ("sorry - IF they ever") release it?

Thinking that letting us see it might endanger their precious selling figures seems kinda stupid to me, any Dragon Ball fan is dying to see new material and will pay for the official, high quality product anyway.

Anyway, their ruthlessness seems pretty effective, I've searched for someone sharing it somewhere (and not on this forum so that it doesn't get anyone here into trouble), and I've failed so far, but at least some moments are available to watch, so it could have been much worse. 8)

Am I the only one who doesn't like the animation and think it's damn cheap (not mind the computer drawing)?

So what do those bios say about the characters? Anything relevant?

Well, Oonishi's bit was well done. It's a shame Toei just rushed this into production, though. When will they get it through their heads fans are looking to pay for something that they take their time with?

If anyone wants to try and has Mozilla Firefox, at least, you can go into the Options. Then, go to the Advanced tab and then to the Network tab in that tab. Click Settings in the Connection Box. Set it to use a Manual Proxy. For the HTTP one, enter "210.188.234.225" and set the port to 80. Then, just apply the changes and go to that URL. Be warned that it is slow to connect. as far as I know, it hasn't started yet. I clicked play and nothing came up except for a text written in Japanese.

How long before some tool tries claiming that this is apart of "Dragonball hoshi".

Well...that was about what I expected. The animation was about as good as PtEtSS, and the music seemed very similar (if not the same). So whatever you thought of that, you'd think of this. At times the colors were good, but other times, they seemed too vibrant for a Bardock story. Story-wise, nothing new.

However, I did really like the Bardock/Chilled fight, even though it was pretty short. Very fluid animation, and nice choreography.

Also, Solid State Scouter does not play in any form (along with any Kikuchi/Yamamoto tracks), and there is no recycled footage from the original special.

Just saw it, it was okay I quess. I really liked the Bardock vs Chilled even though it was short.
And the ending where Bardock walked was weird.

I don't think it did a single thing better than the '08 special. The only thing I would consider them equal in is voice actors, but that's a given.

The animation seemed more lazy, the colors were less appropriate, the story and concept speak for themselves, the pacing was too fast, the music didn't "work" quite as well as well (personal preference I guess), and there was much plot left to be desired.
