With Beerus and Whis, it's very likely. There is a GKG in the mined data. So just like with GK4 being SS4, GKG seems to be Godku. I'll technically move him and Demigra to the unconfirmed section I added in for the time being though.

Oh shit, didn't think of that! I first read that as "Freeza God" when the list came out and thought "haha, that's stupid... oh it must mean Mecha Freeza" but that actually seems quite possible now. It would be early, but we've already had it confirmed that Freeza is receiving new forms so I don't think it's too farfetched that a God form would be revealed for him in time for Xenoverse.

I'm not suggesting it's available right off the bat. We had a member of Bandai Namco say they were looking for a way to extend the game's life through DLC (without being asked about DLC), and they already have SS4 Vegeta, Jaco, Crystal and Gold Freeza armors, and Roshi customization options announced (Jaco and the Roshi stuff only in Japan for right now though) before the game is even released.

I could see them unleashing God Freeza like a week after the film is out in Japan, at least in Japan...

Dafuq? Okay, if this is true, how did they do it? Do they communicate with Toriyama before he revealed the movie or something? This might be the same thing that happened with the SSG and Bils things in Zenkai.

They said he looked over the story for Xenoverse and designed the new characters, though I have no idea if this was recently or back when it all existed as DBO. If it was recent, then the whole "God Freeza" being real and included thing wouldn't be a stretch since he would have already been doing other stuff for them.

The 'desu' scene was wonderful and I'd love more in db15, but dunno if I'll get it.


Also, if FRG does mean Freeza gets a god-mode, XV really spoilered a chunk of the movie.

I've been playing Raging Blast 1 again lately to try and clean up the last few trophies I need (damn you All Ruined!). Man does the game just feel old. The energy attacks are so lackluster and lack impact, camera is sloppy, mouth movements are shocking, the stages are hideous and while character models are actually pretty good they conflict poorly with the backgrounds. Not to mention the horrible, horrible menus. I remember it being a lot better than this, nostalgia at work lol.

Steelbook case, Music CD, Booklet, Opening Song, Graphics and the Character Roster Menu are the only positive things about RB1. No one should play RB1 unless they were making a comparison between all of DBZ 3D games.

The way Spike made us unlock each new stage (special ones wasn't it? I think) was kind of a dick move because that's no fun at all.

Oh, yes!!! That is the character of my dreams!! Frogurt! It's fusion of Freeza and Gurd, that is why he is so strong in the upcoming movie.

With some character forms missing, it seems that the game won't cover, every little aspect of the story. Which could mean that at some point it's going to branch off into brand new material, not just altered sequences from the show.

The last set of scanlations made it seem as if instead of playing through the whole story like we traditionally do in whatever the game's version of the story mode is, we follow in DBO's Time Machine Quest footsteps and only go back to specific points in time. These missions become altered due to Towa and Mira appearing to muck up said events, but ultimately the player will stop them and try to get history on the right path. Despite eventually setting things right though, those minute changes seem to have a bit of a butterfly effect and cause other tweaked events in time, which we will also have to fix with the Parallel Quests (though they don't seem to actually be as story oriented).
