I think she is asking if Bra will get mad like Goku or not. Remember, Vegeta didn't lose his control as a monkey. Bulma knows all Sayan become giant ape, but do not know if they lose their control.

This. The original says "completely nuts/insane." So the translator is using the word "mad" in the context of "stark-raving mad" (ie: crazy) and not anger.

I agree with rareboy. Contradictions aside, that phrase is weird if is Bulma who is saying it. It wouldn't make more sense if she said "Trunks never had one" instead "I've never seen Trunk's"?

How is this bubble in the French page? In the Portuguese page it is clear Trunks tail did existed. Translating from Portuguese it would be more like "I've neer got to see Trunks tail" as in "I know it existed, but I couldn't see it". This would make clear that Trunks did had a tail and that it was Vegetto who said it (since it is impossible for Bulma to not be able to see the tail of her own son, if it existed). Does that implication exist in the original?

You don't understood her question. What she is asking is if Bra would lose the control over herself once she becomes a giant ape. Remember, the only sayan she ever saw transforming was Goku, so her question is valid.

Because she probably knows that Vegeta didn`t lose his mind when he transformed. But she knows Goku did. So basically she is wondering exactly how that works and asking if Bra would be like Goku.

Not even Goku would look like what Vegetto does in the second last panel(he seems more feminine in that panel), which is why, when the story returns to its main plot I will be more than happy, even though some might say it's plot is based on fanwank of awesome, at least it is currently better than this story in my honest opinion.

Vegeta wouldn't act like that either. Yes, he has pride for his daughter, but he wouldn't express it in that way. On second thought, it's Goku but a little more feminine. However, I think that he's acting like that since this is supposed to be humorous.
