Similar, but the boots and sash kinda make the whole attire look way cooler. In Saonel's case anyway. Pirina's apparently in a speedo :/

I also really like the darker, slightly blueish green as opposed to Piccolo's brighter shade.

Pirina looks like Nappa with his armour destroyed if he was a Namekian.

The colour was obviously done so Saonel foes not look exactly like Piccolo.

True - reminds me of those old-school strongman images. It's just kind of funny to see a namekian in what looks like underwear.

And yeah, it was definitely a design choice to keep Saonel from looking like complete copy.

I feel like 114 will end up being a Goku/Caulifla/Kale team-up episode. They'll fight for a bit, Kale will transform and suddenly, a new face for them to square off against! Their "team up" in 101 wasn't really.

Over ¥5000 yen already is too much I feel for essentially 4 mini figures ("highly detailed" or not the size of these makes that irrelevant) and it'll more than likely cost double that to skip it overseas so yeah I'm definitely not interested.

Was anybody else curious as to why none of the exempt gods of destruction were not overly impressed with Jiren? They kinda gave a compliment to Goku during the Spirit Bomb, but it was like an aristocratic compliment. Like, they're strong for being in such a weak universe. The conclusion I've drawn so far is that the exempt universes have nurtured their universes so well, that they have mortals there who or are just as strong as them and Jiren. We have evidence that strength does play a part in mortal levels.

Yup. Imo they don't even look any better than the regular small gashapons Bandai produce, I picked up a SSGSSKK Goku and Jiren for ¥500 each, and those were actually battle posed too not just plainly standing.

I feel like 114 will end up being a Goku/Caulifla/Kale team-up episode. They'll fight for a bit, Kale will transform and suddenly, a new face for them to square off against! Their "team up" in 101 wasn't really.

I feel like they are about to give Kale another form or some massive power boost. I'm hoping the warrior from the title of the episode is someone else ie Damon but I have my doubts.

That's kinda what I took from it as well.

It seems as though the movie wuoteabout other universes spawning fighters greater than Beerus wasn't a throw away line.

It could be Kale too but with that tease of a new warrior, I'm not so sure anymore. Of course, it could always be both things. If Kale does get a new transformation I'd like it to be something Broly doesn't have for once.

Have a feeling this tournament will be annual now, also Ultra Instinct "Omen" could possibly be the predecessor to another form? Perhaps SSJ Red? (Referring to a chocolate candy that leaked a while back with SSJ Red Goku in the background and SSJ Blue in the front.) Though it could have been a mistake or misprint.

Who says they won't? A lot can happen in 25 minutes.

I hope not. I want Goku and Jiren to stand above the rest in every single way. Doesn't mean they have to win but I don't want to see Gohan, Kale , Freeza, etc start to rival them in power. They can have their moments without nonsensical power ups

Universe 1 was said to have races who are spirital beings(probably with some broken hax).

It was a great idea excluding those 4 Universes, we would get more world building and more worthy rivals for Goku, Jiren, Hit, etc later on.

If the writers have someone attack the Earth, they'll have Yamcha and the kids fend them off. No need to bring in ToP characters to deal with it.

Speaking of that I'm surprised they haven't cut to Earth once since the tournament. I get the feeling there's bound to be a Trunks/Goten ep or Yamcha/Bulma/Satan ep coming up eventually.

Yamcha, Chiatzu, Buu and the kids. You don`t need anyone else even if it`s just someone powerful to take on that squad. Let them fight and win
