Anyone remember the November timeline we had a while back? Another magazine scan for Super Dragon Ball Heroes showed another timeline going from October to December and the Universe Survival arc was still ongoing. So, it won't end this year for sure.

It will probably end about episode 127 since they announced the Blu rays up until 133 and when the Future Trunks arc was going they announced blu rays up until episose 72 and Trunks ended in episode 67.

A good indicator is the time remaining in the tournament.

Does Ultra Instinct seem a bit OP, even by DB standards? It's basically like spidey-senses on steroids. The user can react and counter anything instantaneously, so anyone without this ability shouldn't logically be able to win. It kind of transcends the notion of power levels because no matter how fast or strong the opponent, timing beats all of that. Not to mention, the user's power is amplified beyond that of a god to boot anyways.

I wouldn't say it makes them invincible. Goku was still evolving, but a suppressed Jiren stayed competitive. I think if you're skilled enough and or have this ability you kind possibly tango with someone with good control over it.

We don't know how much Jiren was holding back and the fact remains that Goku was fighting Jiren on fumes. And it should be noted that it isn't made clear if UI is the form or did the form simply give Goku the ability to used UI.

Most likely. Overall, we just don't know how Goku stacks to Jiren since Goku wasn't in prime condition in his new form, in fact it's an open question if Goku was really conscious, and Jiren's power is unknown since it didn't looked like he's trying. But that's hard to tell since Jiren never change expressions except for brief moments of shock.

If it is a completely new warrior not on the arena how does this person even fight in the tournament and why would they want to anyway?

Wasn't the "image" of the new warrior verified to just be a placeholder image that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with what the character actually looks like? Why does everyone keep talking about what the silhouette looks like and using that to base theories on?

The bandai website has that disclaimer under the picture of every figure though. It's not just for the silhouette.

Well, that shifts everything even more in favor of the fusion idea. Either the bugs or #17 and #18.

Part of me is hoping its Gogeta or a merged 17 and 18. With all the DBZ movie references, it wouldn't shock me that they try and throw In the whole Vegeta and Goku fusion dance. They could justify it by saying Vegeta has seen it multiple times (maybe?) by Goten and Trunks.

Gogeta with Ultra Instinct sounds like a real challenge for Jiren. I'm also in favor of this because it shows off to the other universes all the neat techniques U7 had to use in order to overcome powerful enemies. Like the Spirit Bomb.

I looked back at older episode titles to see how they've used "birth" previously, and it's been used for episodes where characters transform (notably Super Saiyan God and Perfect Cell) and also the creation of fusion characters (Fusion Zamasu and iirc Gotenks' episoded use it). Still unhelpfully vague and there's no way to know if that warrior and the new one being advertised are the same.

Where do you get the idea it is 17 and 18. Apparently it can be translated as birth or appearence.

Seriously. It's bad enough that they've gotten this much fan service. They need to move on to other characters
