That's fantastic that you're providing updates to those who care about them. Please also keep in mind that not everyone shares the share opinions as you on this project -- as you've had to be reminded about by several of the admin team members -- and that these folks are plenty entitled to share those opinions, justifications, and professional background that brings them to these opinions.

You, very specifically, seem to have an attitude problem about this project (which is strange, since it's almost like you're personifying a project you have nothing to do with), as I have to keep coming in here and addressing you about it. If you're unwilling to politely converse with other fans here, you clearly have your own areas of the Internet you're capable of bringing it to where you won't be subject to this particular community's rules.

If you want to hang out here as well as mine the content and community members that are here, you're going to be expected to play by the rules.

You seem to want to criticize other people endlessly in this thread, yet all I see you bringing to the table is sarcasm and arrogance over... paying attention...?
Sorry but I am not the only one being sarcastic or arrogant. But hey! Here's some more arrogance for you, I have been providing updates on this project in this thread, not my fault you can't see that. It's ok though, not like you're interested in this fan made movie trailer. Maybe the admin should be contributing to his own threads as well instead of attacking others?

I don't understand why you are personally offended by negative comments regarding this project. You didn't make it nor do you work in the same and/or similar field which would entitle you to "educate" and "update" other members of this forum regarding how money is spent within a film production. You're simply recycling the words of K&K and closely associating yourself with this project for no apparent reason. You obviously have your own site in which you can express your extensive dismay at what has become a consistent negative reaction to poor quality.

And FYI, just because K&K says something on their Twitter, that doesn't make it true.

I think it looks horrible. The costumes look like tissue paper, Piccolo looks so fake, just fucking everything looks terrible really. I can't believe these obscure film noobs are getting all these donations that could be going to more competent film makers to make a better showing of Dragon Ball live action. People are going to watch their mediocre, cheesy looking trailer and be like, "wow Dragon Ball just looks stupid live action" and then suddenly the whole concept has no more interest. If I was making this I'd definitely pay a lot more attention to detail and actually trying to bring DBZ to life, I mean its not like they are working on a super tight budget that they can't afford a real martial arts gis, they're getting tons of money in donations and they're still asking for more. I highly, highly doubt its going to be worth the fans' money. :I I don't think these guys are that smart tbh

I'm just happy I didn't give them any money. All I can say is if I was an investor, I'd be pretty upset at their progress.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

I'm still ticked off that Nappa doesn't have a mustache in the trailer. Come on, now the actor looks like a generic strong man.
Jord doesn't have a avatar because the combination of Jord and a equally cool avatar would cause the universe to implode.

In an attempt to salvage this page, it seems the re-shoot with the new armor will begin Thursday. I'd assume we'll see a new picture by then as well.

What makes me upset from what it looked like, Vegeta is taller than Goku. I could be wrong but I swear I saw that.

We can only hope that.

I think it looks very good, and what they are doing is amazing. I wouldn't want to give them money to make it. It's kind of dumb that they knew the armor looked bad, couldn't do anything about it, then ask for more money from fans. They could have just used football gear as a base then added on to it.

Looks like they released a teaser. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZX5DmV81 ... ture=g-u-u

Someone slapped Nappa's mustache off his face and gave them both weird armors. Not sure it visually works as intended.

Their Vegeta looks pretty good! The new armor is much better than the old design.

Trailer looks neat. I like the novelty of live action Vegeta.
On hiatus.

Those holographic scouters are a nice revamp from the old design! They look much more practical if you think about it.

Other than the armor and audio aspects, I was quite impressed.

Quite impressed so far, somewhat going in the right direction compared to the earlier snips and peaks. The armor still looks a bit cheap in some areas, but certainly an improvement over they're original designs. Still looking forward to this.

My only real compliant, that line delivery felt very off to me.

Yeah, trying to imitate Sabat really isn't a good idea.

At this rate they were on a Hollywood budget. :P

All said and done, the armor looks way better. I'm not sure if I'm fully on board with it, but it works. The power ranger boots were a bit much though. Overall it's about were I would have expected this to be $3,500 ago. The audio needs work, I had my speakers cranked all the way up and it was still hard to hear.

I thought this was supposed to be Dragon Ball Z not Power Rangers the Movie.
