The latest version of the 2ch BOG thread; here's the source link: http://kohada.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/ani ... 359339016/
After every 1000 posts, the thread is destroyed and they make a new one. This is their 6th thread.

Two more screenshots from the 2ch thread (from a station that's called FujiTwo which is airing a new commercial). It's Vegeta!
Of the two I like this one best.

This one below looks kinda in-betweenie, but it's new so I'm posting it anyway.

On a channel called Fuji Two. As far as I know, it's not online yet; 2ch is just posting screens from the commercial.

Here's the channel's website, I don't know if that'll help though: http://www.fujitv.co.jp/otn/bangumi/two/index.html

 I think we just got our confirmation.
My first thought was that it was 777 because there are 7 Dragon Balls and they were just repeating the number, but then I thought it might refer to the year, and looks like I'm not the only one. So if it is year 777, the party will be for Bulma's 44th birthday. I theorized earlier that it might be her 45th since that would seem like a more significant number (and would also place the story in the year Bra was born, according to one of her possible birth years), so I guess we'll have to wait until there's confirmation regarding the exact year the movie takes place in.

And bravo, KFC, for all these tie-ins! I'm going to be begging the people I know living in Japan to go to KFC (multiple times) and get me these goddamn toys!

Yes -- we've known for a couple weeks, now. The "Oracle Fish", played by Shōko Nakagawa, will be the one who "brings the God of Destruction, Birusu, to seek out Son Goku". We also know that the Oracle Fish made a prediction 39 years ago in the story that, "a strong enemy would appear" before Birusu.

It's cool that the movie is getting a IMAX release. I'm surprise that the movie is not in 3D.

I don't know how they could use 3D for Dragonball.

I wouldn't want 3D in Dragon Ball at all.

Yeah, I hope they say how old Bulma is during her party. This whole speculation would be clear then. (I'd go for AGE 777 - 44 years old. )

I'd take a new 3D movie over another live action one anytime soon.

They done 2D movies in 3D before. I hear the recent Yu-Gi-Oh movie was in 3D and The Lion King was in 3D over a year ago.

This is fake, right?

They wouldn't use fan-art on an official card, would they?

Description says it was an attempt to make an official looking card.

Of course, that's just Google translate though.

Yes, it's fake. The Japanese fans have long since been creating fake cover art for their cards (usually just used in sleeves on the videos): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEirU_KXYwo

Hey guys, so it's been a while since all this news first come out and stuff, so my memory's not completely great with everything.

But anyway, wasn't the movie originally advertised to be in 3D? I may have been dreaming about it or something but I can't help shake the memory of thinking there were at least gonna be some 3D scenes in it or something. Recently that all seems to be non-existent and I feel like I've completely fabricated something out of nowhere haha

That, and the fact that someone was put in charge of CG elements for the film.

Can't remember the name off the top of my head.
