Popularity would be my guess yeah. Goten's sole reason to exist is to be fusion fodder for Gotenks while Trunks at least managed to tranced this problem thanks in-large part to his more popular future version. Pan's still likely suffering from her post GT reception and it doesn't help Note basically looks exactly like Pan.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

Complete with inconvenient artwork that shows female SSJ3s keep their eyebrows while ingame/manga they don't.

The reason you don't see their eyebrows in game is because they have very thin eyebrow hair. Like literally the line that makes them have the serious expression ARE the eyebrow hair.

No, it's clearly not. Even on the close ups of their eyes in the game, manga and even the promotional art for Viola and Forte, it's still just a single line. The hair disappears, just like for males, but the bulge is just smaller for the females. Almost certainly because females have much smaller supraorbital ridges than males even before SS3 comes into play.

Anyone knows if the Kaioshin avatars have names in the Japanese fandom?

In the manga Note doesn't have eyebrow.

Yeah but that is the manga. The official look is from the artist at Dimps. So try and use those for anything official.

Yeah but you are using in game detail limitation. I go by the official art created by the official artist at Dimps.

Manga or in game don't count.

Female SS3 just grow their hair. They don't lose their eyebrow hair or anything else. This is what Dimps(the creator of said Female SS3) states.

The one who created the female SS3 is the artist under Dimps. Those official artworks you see for characters that DIMPS releases are the official. The manga is just like the DBS manga, a interpretation of what is going on. Meaning that anything not equal to the ORIGINAL design created by the artist at Dimps is a small error.

EDIT: This is the artwork created by Dimps(well a fan but the actual character design was DImps)

And in less than 10 seconds of looking, here are 2 images of their actual artwork that show Note without eyebrows.

Literally every source (animated commercials, manga, promotional art and the game models themselves) has pretty much exclusively depicted them without eyebrows. While the promotional art goes both ways and gives them eyebrows half the time they show up with the form.

Honestly I'd go for either or. If they have eyebrows, great. If they don't, great. Now granted I gave my FC's SSJ3 form eyebrows, but only because of the inconstant artwork at the time and the fact that TheDevilsCorpse did two pieces of my character with and without them. It also somewhat helps that SSJ3 is one of those transformations that has slight differences among users (like Goku having pupils while Gotenks does not).

I'm still waiting for SS Raditz and/or SS Nappa (and if they get get forms beyond that). Though, I'm sure we'd probably more likely Oozaru forms before that.

Viola is the only super obvious SS3 of the bunch and I see a lot of confusion over whether Note and Forte are SS or SS3 half the time. So the notion that there are enough differences for the form, especially since Note is the the one used for promotion 90% of the time, to be rendered ugly seems kind of silly to me. But to each their own.

Agreed, especially since SSJ3 makes the users' face a little more...damn I can't think of a word.

I haven't really followed this game before joining this forum and I need some help. Can someone tell me where can I find some reliable details about it? I am especially interested in a list of all the What-If and the new characters (like the Red Pants Army), with maybe some explanations for what their story is (since there is some stuff taken from DBO, which I am not familiar with either).
Check out the videos below, made by yours truly!
