I wouldn't even call it dirty. The human body is a natural thing, not something everyone should be so uptight about or ashamed of. Sure, don't go walking around naked, but it's not 'dirty' or 'perverted' in and of itself. The 100 episodes thing is still a rumor, no official announcement was ever made. It was a fan theory. But at this pace, it will be about right, I think. 4 episodes of Kai (the first month, essentially) covered the first volume of the Tankoubon.
