It would be a nice thing to add, since in the last Budokai game, the special characters were all ape forms of the Saiyans.

Broly would be no exception, except he would get the true (NOT GT) Golden Oozaru form.

SSJ4 Broli would be impossible. SSJ4 requires you to control yourself while in Great Ape form. Broli can't even control himself in his normal form

I suppose his power didn't grow much between movie 8 and 10 because he was unconsious for most of the time, he probably got a zenkai from his defeat against goku but he spent most of movie 10 in his regular SSJ form so his power up didn't really show

I assume Gohan was SSJ2 against Broly in his LSSJ form and he struggled (I guess he held back like he did before he defeated Cell during the Beam struggle) and only Goku showing his face gave him the courage to fire off at full power

but right now we don't know how this SSJ3 trasformation comes about, It could be (as an alternate ending) that he just about escaped the beam before it hit the Sun but the power from the blast that hit him was strong enough to wound him and during a resting period on another planet the zenkai pushed him over the edge to SSJ3 form

its all speculation though, the videos show Goku being alive during the fight so maybe this could be an alternate to the Buu saga

Man . . . reading that gave me a huge dose of Deja Vu!

I think it is still too early to tell what the storyline is concerning SSJ3 Brolly in "Raging Blast'. Hell, with his reputation in Dragonball fandom (love him or hate him), does he really need a reason to just show up.
