Cell Destroying The Solar System?

Considering the Anime versions of the characters can blow up freaking galaxies...there's no reason why Cell couldn't destroy the Solar System.

And wasn't Buu said to have "rampaged through stars" or something like that by the Kaioshin?

I also don't remember Cell ever bluffing about anything.

When was that? Buu saga? Broly movie? I don't remember anime stuff that well.

He just says that Buu destroyed hundreds of worlds, I believe.

When was that? Buu saga?
Buu wipe out a galaxy by destorying planets at a fast rate in the anime. Him destroying more then one is a dub line, and I see that sceen being a big plot hole since their is only four galaxies in the DBZGT universe.
I don't see anyone in the series blowing a galaxy with a single ki blast seeing how big they are.
