I just saw this post which this guy was all like "i know everything about DBZ so just ask me" so i gave him 7 questions to answer. Some in universe and some real world. For example, one was, "What was the name of the 2nd and more known host of the TV block which made DBZ popular in the US?", which would be TOM of Toonami. Another was, "Who was the Legendary Super Saiyan of DBZ movie 8?" and the next asked the name of said Super Saiyan's Father. No correcting, just simple questions for the kids to answer.

It's not as if it'd be the adult trolling on the kids. The only difference is my information is far more vast and accurate (and, you know, good grammatical skills). Once again, not going to, but its an interesting thought.

Well I don't want to shit up this thread any further but there's a difference between a 13 year old correcting a bunch of 7,8,9 year olds and some 18,19,20 year old barging in and lording his knowledge in front of a bunch of kids and then telling his peers "OH MAN I TOTALLY TORMENTED A KID WHO THOUGHT HE KNEW ABOUT DRAGONBALL! I BLEW ALL OF THEIR MINDS EPIC 'luls'!" like he has actually accomplished something. It's especially worse since everyone told him to chill out and just enjoy the kids excitement, literally the only person that felt the need to be a complete sperger.The younger you are the more you can get away with that kind of thing but you should know better after a certain point.

As I was saying though I'll probably get a "NO YOU ARE WRONG SIR!" response in the not so distant future but then I want to end this. I don't want to mess up Cipher's thread any further with my negative vibes.

I just hope nobody over the age of 14 goes to those Boards to show off what they know about DBZ. That would be pathetic. I can just see some 20 year old sitting at home going, "NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! THESE KIDS ARE STOOOOPID!!!"

I saw a thread on there recently where the kids were super bummed out and angry about having to wait for more Kai due to some event Nicktoons is having. It's adorable and all I could think about was about that large gap between episodes during the Saban days. (Of course this isn't nearly as bad.)

Also I'm surprised how many girls are crushing on Vegeta, is there some sort of sexy appeal I'm missing from a pissed off battle worn midget?

I sure hope these kids are able to enjoy the Boo saga.

Well, I'm a straight guy, so I'm not picturing Vegeta any other way than what's in the manga/anime. But yeah, he has a huge fangirl-base. After all, he's one of the main characters and generally the strongest after Goku.

her two oldest boys said, "I don't like Dragon Ball Z Kai, I think it's weird." Really made me sad. They look up to me and always want me to play with them, ride bikes or throw the football around when I come back home so I tried to tell them that DBZ was on TV every day after school when I was their age and sometimes I would even ditch football practice to come home and watch it. But it didn't work. I figure I'll try again in a couple years when they're older.

Uhhhh.....Did you just skip every post in this thread? The whole point was to talk about the naive, new fans of Dragon Ball. We're seeing that kids are actually watching DB Kai and discussing on the Nick message boards.
