His long face just seems... fitting.
I'd prefer him as someone in the Red Ribbon Army, can't think of who, maybe a mixture of White and Silver... or Dr. Gero?

Andy Serkis is practically perfect for Boo, I'll fight those who say otherwise!

Is there a way to report the fake listing and get it deleted then?

I don't know, I think you would have to ask the IMDB staff. The IMDB page is obivous fake since we would have know that a new movie was in works. Also DBE came out nearly two years ago, it's too soon for a reboot (Hulk was different since Marvel did not work on the new movie until around 2006 or 2007). Also DBE was a box office bomb, I don't think studios would want to touch the Dragon Ball series unless they really think they can pull a much better job then Fox.

Takashi Yamazaki (Always: Sunset on Third Street 2, Space Battleship Yamato) is also listed down as the director. As far as I know, he is not working on any major movies at the moment.

Jet Li would not make a good Vegeta. He's too much of a Mr. Nice Guy for the role.
Now Donnie Yen, on the other hand....Donnie's got that arrogant prince kinda look in him.

I'd also nominate Shingo Katori (SMAP) for Goku. Note that he's also played Son Goku in the Japanese television remake of "Journey to the West". He's got that happy-go-lucky persona nailed and spot-on.

.... Jackie Chan isn't a damn pervert!
On the contrary, Jackie Chan is known to be a big-time pervert due to the whole Elaine Ng incident. Apparently, he enjoys seeking a little extra-marital fun with other women. Just that the Elaine Ng thing went a bit overboard. (She got pregnant with his child.) Jackie Chan was even quoted for doing "what every man has done". His reputation in Hong Kong, as you can see, isn't very good (especially with his recent tweets regarding the Phillipines). I'd elaborate on China and Taiwan but that's a whole other story.

And as Snail, it's funny that he mention Andy On cuz I actually contact the guy on occasion. (Very cooperative guy. I help him out on translating his blog into Chinese.) His English is good because he's from New York. He's apparently a hardcore gamer as well.

Well he play a villain three times before. In the 4th Lethal Weapon movie back in 1998, "War" (2007), and the "Mummy III" (2008). His size seems to be perfect for Vegeta and he is a popular actor, having him in the movie might help sell more tickets at the box office.

He was also the villain(and hero) in "The One."

If the film is a visual spectacle (of which Dragonball: Evolution was not) with amazingly choreographed action, along with a great screenplay, the film won't need a big name star to help sell tickets.

Jet Li as Vegeta would not fit imo. He looks much too old to pull off a convincing Vegeta at this point. He would fit in the shoes of a mentor-type role at this point.

Again, Andy On as Vegeta ftw. The guy would be passionate about the role, and as tinlunlau revealed in an earlier post - Andy On is a big fan of franchises in the gaming and anime realm. He's basically like any of us, except he has a profession of taking part in asia's big budget films.
