Yeah that is what I was thinking. Basically the same amount of boxes as the bricks except dragon box quality.

I certainly wouldn't wont as many sets as the Orange Bricks :P but I would be happy with 2 or 3 Dragonball Dragon-Boxes same with GT
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

2 or 3 DB DBoxes???

50 - 77 episodes per Box. FUNi can't make much money that way. No real point for them to bring it to us then.

How about 4 boxes for DB, with 38-39 episodes a piece.

That would work :) I just didn't want as many as the Orange Bricks. But the situation were in, we can't really complain no matter how it might work out.

Craddle wrote:I've already stated it needs to be taken to PM and so has Perfect. (Not to mention, I'm sure the hundreds that have read this thread since then have been thinking the same thing.) Repeating what's already been said just to prolong the issue from which we've already tried to move on from, so you can agree with his false accusations is not helping the issue.
I repeated it because I was agreeing with you. You two saying "take it to PM" is mini-modding (which is against the rules, by the way), but me saying it has authority behind it.
Craddle wrote:Also, it was funny to me because they created the avatar for them and asked not to direct link it and they did just that. If you read the context of that thread, you would have known that. Then again, funny is all in the eye of the reader. If he or anyone else has a problem with it, it should have been addressed at that time. Not used a week and a half later when it was convenient for him to try to openly humiliate me on the forums.
I did read the context of that thread. Normally I delete "LOL" posts like that, but I didn't do it at the time because of Pokewhiz7's response to it (which shows he was just as confused about the funniness as I was). Of course he direct linked his own image; he just didn't want anyone else to direct link it elsewhere.
Craddle wrote:Again, if you or anyone else would like to continue this discussion, please do so in PM. This really looks bad on the forums when the staff acts this way towards their members.
If you're gonna publicly accuse the moderators of acting inappropriately, I'm gonna address it publicly.

I won't speak about Marc's actions any further, because I've already said all I had to say about it, and he's his own person. But you implied my judgment was "amusing" (which I should consider an insult, but whatever), so I felt I should explain why I thought it was an acceptable post, and I did. And I'm doing the same thing in this post by explaining my other actions (or lack of it with the little "LOL" incident).

I'm a big fan of democracy and transparent administration, and I'm pretty sure Mike is too. So I feel no shame about derailing a thread in the name of that.

EDIT, in light of new posts:

I was referring to myself. I never told anyone to get back on topic.

If that isn't the truth. lol I'd be happy with any Box count at this point.

Well, the r2 DBZ DBoxes spanned over 50 discs with 6 episodes per disc. (Minus the 2 discs with specials.) While FUNi's was only 42 normally 7 episodes per disc with 6 on occasion.

With that in mind, r2 DB DBoxes spanned over 26 discs with 6 episodes per disc. (Disc 26 had 3 eps + specials.) If FUNi's had 7 episodes per disc spanning over 22 discs. With 6 discs per Box the count is uneven and there would be 2 remaining discs. They'd have to do the same as DBZ and have some with 6 eps. while others have 7 to make it an even 4 Boxes.

So basically, if they follow a similar method to what they did with DBZ, it'd be 4 Boxes. I think 5 would be stretching it too far.

I typed that all as I was thinking it. I hope it's understandable.

Edit: Probably better off I ignore this thread entirely.

Did they release the ''Rare'' Dragonball Episodes or semi kinda-ish specials on the Japanese Dragon-Box. I'm talking about Goku's firefighting regiment. I can't remember the other one.

If doing my job and trying to be open about it is trouble, then so be it.

But ignoring moderators is also a troublesome action to take, since it's against the rules. But in the name of fairness, I'll leave it to Mike to decide what to do about all this, if anything.

Mike is aware of the issue. I sent him a PM the second Marc replied to this thread. I sent him another later on as well.

Well, I was a bit hasty in my response to you. I take that back. You were just trying to do your job, Rachel. Myself and the members of the community have no problem with you. From the dozen or so people I talked to in PM, it's Marc they have a problem with. Being ignorant and calling several members names openly on the forums. Among other things. Not to mention the things he's said to me and about me in this thread.

I will no longer be reading or responding to this thread. What's going on here is very childish. And I feel ashamed to be part of it.

Since no one seems to want to act like an adult, I sent the first PM.

Please guys, don't mind us. Feel free to continue the discussion.

And I apologize for the interruption.

You may not want to speak for all of those people. Especially if you're going to stretch the truth.

Let it go already.

You told a staff member in private that you talked to 12 people, all of whom hate me. Shockingly I've heard from 2 people who openly admitted they were people in this group you PMed and they don't like you speaking for them. And saying they have no problem with me and you are putting words in their mouth.

Speak for yourself or be quiet. If others have a problem with me, they are welcome to discuss it with me however this wish on their own. I haven't given a single punishment to a single person for discussing with me, it's when they don't get it that they tend to get in trouble (and every single time I've left the punishment to someone else, because despite how people may or may not see me, I'm a fair guy.)

You've turned this far more personal than I ever do in discussions by going on about if OTHER people like me or not. If they don't... that's fine. I may not like them much each other. Depends who they are. It's always interesting to see the fangs people bare during an argument like this though, as it tends to be a reflection of what they worry about.

Also...

You keep telling people to move the conversation back to the actual thread conversation, but you've gone out of your way to try and have the last word against two different staff members. Practice what you preach.

Staff edit- Removed accidental quotebox... I think?
It wasn't a mistake I just was hoping to get my question answered before this thread gets locked up. sorry for re-posting this. Also if the mods or a fellow Daizenshuu would be so kind as to tell me if I am aloud to ''Quote'' my question it will prevent me from making this mistake in the future :)

Ah, fair enough.

I'd check Kanzentai. I honestly don't recall, but I'm sure Hujio has mentioned it one way or the other.

It may work better in the future if you either repeat the question saying 'I asked this earlier, but didn't seem to get a response, does anyone know?' or some such thing, either retyping it, or quoting it.

The issue was, since it was just a quote box, I wasn't sure if you accidentally added it, or if you were trying to quote yourself and add something to it and forgot to, etc.

Short version- Just clarify next time.

Craddle, I won't post the PM you send me, because it isn't my job to post what you said in private, but I'm responding to it in public.

You can say what you want, but I didn't lie about a single thing. Most of it is obvious enough that no proof is really needed (and I double checked with Rach and multiple people who are on to confirm I didn't lie and just not notice it, they all agree I haven't done any such thing.)

And I (and I'm not the only staff member who does this) will keep arguments in public if I'm are involved so that we are quite open about what we say to members we are having arguments with. You can choose not to respond if you want, but you certainly won't keep me or anyone else from saying it. Jumping in and going 'bla bla bla, but I'm not posting about this anymore' half a dozen times doesn't change that you are in fact still posting about it.

Craddle, you are being obnoxiously hyperbolic and pedantic about every single last little thing, most of which has no relevance to any larger discussion. You are blowing the tiniest things out of proportion into Internet drama in your own head, and it's clear that no-one else wants any part of it.

Your harassing PMs to the administration staff and other community members will stop, and your insistence on dragging threads off-topic for your own self-serving needs will stop. Everyone has had just about enough of this.

The level that you've turned NOTHING into is absolutely insane. It's embarrassing for you, and it's embarrassing for this community. I don't want to read or hear another word about it.

I just gave that link to two of my friends, and they both put in a word for the Dragonball Dragon-Box :)
They also said they had no idea what any of those other Anime's were :P

Seems they've announced at least one new title, though at the time of this posting I haven't looked at the survey again, so I don't know if it's one of the ones listed:
