I don't think you're understanding me. We know that Recoome is above 30 thousand due to his fight with Vegeta. If Goku had to be at 60 thousand, regardless of whether he was just fighting Recoome, or all 4 Ginyus, then Recoome had to be below 60 thousand. Ergo, Recoome is between 30 and 60 thousand.

Bojack - Certaintly not stronger than Broly, one punch from base Goku hurt him so much.

Broly himself

Movie 11:
Bio Broly which seemed pretty lame to begin with.

Bojack was not able to stand up against SSj2 Kid Gohan.He took a punch in the stomach and then he barely stand it upright (he vomits green blood). He wanted to make a final energy attack, and it was barred by the Kamehaneha of Gohan and then destroyed. Even Perfect Cell endured more (two punches and a kick in the face from Gohan SS2).Broly controlled easily SS2 Gohan (adult). And Broly in movie 10 is much weaker than in movie 8. People have to repair in the blow unrecovered than, it was not fully recovered from the blow of Goku in the movie 8 (when Goku gave the punch in the Broly`s stomach). It was for this reason than Base Gohan managed to break free from LSSJ Brolly.
