i watched a bit the broly movie cause you guys said it's worst ....

i cried a bit ....this happens when you have people from outside come and let them bring there ideas
thats why i dont watch movies and gt and the anime too.

For a badass, he sure seems to spend an awful lot of time with his face in the dirt, whining about 'But I-I was supposed to be the strongest, this isn't f-fair!'. Just saying.

And it not being the Vegeta in the manga is kind of an empty argument almost, since this movie takes place in a huge gap of time in-between events we actually get in the manga. And even the small amount of Vegeta that we get in those last, what, two chapters that are ten years later, don't exactly offer a lot to either confirm or deny either way if he'd have changed this much.

In other words, anime is japanese cartoons. Therefore, its a cartoon, just a specific one from a certain place. Its basically the same as saying french cartoons, only of japan instead of france.

To make it more interesting, American cartoons are referred to as "anime" within Japan. It's just their word for cartoon. Hell, I often use the word as shorthand for "Japanese animation", especially when talking to people who watch a lot of it, but technically speaking it's all different words for the same thing.

Dragonball was never about badass guys showing off their oiled muscles and doing nothing but fightning.

Also the whole point of the scene was that Vegeta was doing something he really feels umcomfortable with, just to save the planet. That's why it's funny in the first place.
It shows his character development because Cell Saga Vegeta would put his pride before his family, while Current Vegeta is open to put his family before his pride, which is a BIG thing for him!

I wish more fans would see that DBZ was more than just fighting.

his talking about pride and the way he always tries to be the best on a anti heroic way ..man i love him because of that ...reaching super sayjain with pure anger ..you guys don't realize he is not gifted (born at the same day like broly in gokus case) ..thats pure work! He has all right to be overconfidence.
I love Goku and in Contrast i love Vegeta for all the things he does that goku would not .

anyway somehow goku can reach a higher level more easy then Vegeta let's call it Talent

On that, i agree. But i just shrug it off as Broly being just that... insane.
I find the rest of Movie 8 really enjoyable. Especially Paragus backstory.

That's the entire point of the deal.
It shows that the Saiyan ranking system was BS.
Vegeta throught that thanks to his elitè upbringing, that he would never be surpassed by a lower class warrior.
Goku surpassed him with hard work and talent and showed that your fate is not decided at birth.
