There's nothing impossible or silly about naming a planet "Namek". What's sillier is your effort in trying to bring this down. Judging by that response email, if it's even real, it's obvious you were badmouthing the notion of naming the planet "Namek". Why do you even care? It just takes for the scientists to agree, nothing else, it's way possible.
