I don't really know what that response is all about. It's my opinion, and I will stick to it.

I still haven’t lived down going, “Who the heck is Tao Pai-pai?” that one time I was talking with Ei’ichiro Oda-kun. But the fact that there are still people reading the series after all this time… All I can say is; “thank you.” Really, that’s all.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.

Because it's a vague statement. It's just something I find annoying (and I'm guilty of this to). Not an attack on you, it's something that annoys me, on the Interwebs and IRL.
I was gonna move it down to #9 or something, but the last episode was too good to drop it. So my list is basically the same.
1.Piccolo Daimao
2.23rd Budokai
3.RR Army
4.Saiyan
5.Freeza
6.22nd Budokai 7.Future Trunks DBS
8.Boo
9.Hunt for DBs
10.BoG (movie)

...it's the greatest arc in all of Dragon Ball. I'm dead serious. Ironically, the final battle solidified for it. It was nonsense, but it was the most spectacular nonsense I've ever witnessed. It was kinda like watching Pacific Rim. Does it make sense? Absolutely not. But was it entertaining? Unbelievably so.
Here's my current ranking of arcs from best to worst:
- Future Trunks
- Saiyan
- Freeza
- King Piccolo
- Majin Boo
- Champa/Universe 6
- Namek
- Red Ribbon Army
- 22nd Budokai Tenkaichi
- Battle Of Gods
- Hunt For The Dragon Balls
- Cell
- Android/Artificial Human
- Shadow Dragon
- Baby
- Black Star Dragon Ball
- Resurrection F
- Monaka
- Garlic Jr
- Super 17
