I saw one article that especifically mentioned how Weigel (Me TV's owner) is getting increasingly bigger shares of viewership, even with Streaming in mind and even showed charts but this one does mention Weigel accounted to 4% of the total viewership in April which also includes streaming.

...also what do you mean, "Hong Kong Phooey" is E/I compliant? Also maybe "Heyyy, It's the King!" but I haven't seen that one, so. The other two ("Captain Planet" and "Histeria!") make more sense

Hanna Montana is EI compliant, anything is at this point.

One thing though. Ojamajo Doremi was turned into EI fodder but it had bombs, like a LEGIT bomb, one that explodes and everything, called by that name. A girl bleeds a bit, it was a pretty edgy show even dubbed. Sure the Japanese version is even more so, it has lots of things that are WRONG. Like when an Elementary Schoolgirl used THAT KIND of bunny outfit.

Hanna Montana also got away with showing angel halos during its EI fodder broadcast on ABC Kids.
